On February 6th, 2006, Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism distributed 35,000 24-hour cards to foreign tourists in Guangzhou free of charge. The card integrates and optimizes various resources such as public transportation, scenic spots, hotels, travel agencies, restaurants, shopping places, etc., which is convenient for tourists to travel freely. This activity is one of a series of preferential activities to attract customers to Guangzhou.

Collected objects and methods:

1. At the "Guangzhou New Year, Flower City Watching Flowers" tourism promotion conference held in other provinces, the "Guangzhou City Tourism Card" was distributed to the participants in the tourism industry and the media free of charge.

2. Set up a special counter at Baiyun Airport to issue "Guangzhou Tourist Card" to foreign tourists who arrive in Guangzhou. Foreign tourists can get a "Guangzhou Tourist Card" free of charge at the following locations of Baiyun Airport with their ID cards, boarding passes arriving at Baiyun Airport on the same day and reservation information of staying at Guangzhou hotels:

3. Foreign tourists can get their travel cards free of charge in 20 branches of Guang Zhi within 48 hours with their ID cards, information of staying in Guangzhou Hotel and boarding pass of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (see attached table).

Usage rules:

1. You can take Guangzhou Metro and Guangzhou Bus (bus with water, BRT 10) for an unlimited number of times within 24 hours after it is put into use for the first time.

2. One card can only be used by one person. If it expires, it will be invalid. It cannot be recharged and the card will not be returned.
