In 2006, Erlang Village Committee was merged from three village committees into one Erlang Village Committee (Erlang, Xielou and Xiechangying). Erlang Village is located 2 kilometers northwest of Li Xing Town, with * *11natural villages: Xie Bei, Lizhuang, Yaozhuang, Zhongxiao, Wangzhuang, Renzhuang, Kongzhuang, Muzhuang and Renzhuang. Cihe River in the east, Heming River in the north, Daxie Village Committee in the west and Xie Qian Village Committee in the south. 5350 people, 1250 households, 39 villagers' groups, 87 people in party member, and 5940 mu of cultivated land is not used by 5 people.

Erlang village takes the cultivation of pharmaceutical industry and the export of labor services as the leading industries. Efforts should be made to promote the cultivation of cash crops such as cotton and platycodon grandiflorum. At present, 3978 mu of Platycodon grandiflorum, cotton 1.420 mu and improved wheat experimental field 1.000 mu are planted. 65% of the labor force goes out to work all the year round, and all kinds of talents are rich, mainly in construction and Chinese herbal medicine processing. The annual per capita income of this village is 4927 yuan.
