During my summer vacation, I heard from my parents that I could go to Malaysia. I was very happy. On Saturday last week, my parents and I finally set off. We boarded the Malaysia Airlines international flight from Shanghai Pudong Airport and departed for Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.
We sat on the plane, looking at the clouds outside the window, eating the meals brought by the crew and drinking orange juice. After flying for a few hours, we arrived in Kuala Lumpur. We first took a small train and came to the bustling airport. Then we got in the car and drove to Johor Bahru.
The next morning, we got in the car again and headed towards the dock. We all rode in the car and ate fruits. It took more than 2 hours before we arrived at the pier. We waited for a while, finally got on the ship, and then spent 2 hours in the rocking ship, we landed on the beautiful Tioman Island.
In the afternoon, we started snorkeling happily. We were led by the instructor, first swam to the resting floating mat, and then jumped into the water one by one. We all had a great time swimming and saw many fish and corals.
On the third day, we still went snorkeling, but we took a boat to another shallow sea, and we "made dumplings" one after another. We also fed the fish this time! We took the bread crumbs, and groups of yellow, blue, and black fish came up one after another. Bite our hands. What a great time.
After that, we continued to play on the island and saw lizards, which were very gray. I also saw hermit crabs, white and small. These were just small hermit crabs. Later we saw a large hermit crab with a big shell on its back, which was very beautiful.
We spent four days on the island before taking a boat back to Johor Bahru. After staying one night in Johor Bahru, we drove directly to Malacca to visit the attractions. We saw the portrait of Zheng He, the Strait of Malacca and other scenic spots. Then we headed to Kuala Lumpur.
Because Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia, it is very prosperous and beautiful. Of course, what makes us linger the most is the majestic Twin Towers. After spending a few days in this beautiful city, we officially embarked on our journey back home. When we arrived at the airport, we got on the plane again, but last time we came with joy, this time we left with great reluctance. After that 5-hour flight, we returned to my dear home in Suzhou. Looking forward to the stars, looking forward to the moon, and finally looking forward to the summer vacation trip to Sabah, Malaysia. During my week in Sabah, I saw many beautiful scenery and tasted many delicious foods, which broadened my horizons and increased my knowledge.
The sun is shining brightly in Sabah, white clouds are floating in the blue sky, and the trees and lawns are all green. The traffic rules in Malaysia are different from those in China. Vehicles drive on the left side and pedestrians also walk on the left side of the road. The streets in Sabah are very clean. Although the roads are not too wide, there are never traffic jams. Everyone will obey the traffic rules. Cars will stop to give way to pedestrians when they cross the road. The people here are very enthusiastic and will give you directions enthusiastically if you ask them for directions.
Sabah has a long coastline and many beautiful islands nearby. Going out on a speed boat is my favorite thing. The water here is very clear, and you can see many beautiful corals and fish when snorkeling; the beach is white, like silver all over the place. The tall and straight coconut trees on the seaside are a beautiful scenery. The sunset scene on the beach is very spectacular. The sun slowly sets, the afterglow of the setting sun is reflected in the sky, and the sky is filled with burning clouds. It is shocking to see it.
Malaysia has a tropical climate, and there are a wide variety of tropical fruits here. There are durian, mangosteen, and jackfruit that I like, and there are many fruits that I have never seen before, and I can’t even name them. Sabah’s food is also very unique. There are also many varieties of seafood here, and they taste very delicious. And my favorite is a Sabah specialty tea called "Teh Tarik". When making, lift the cup containing the tea high, pour it into the cup below, and repeat several times. I thought: This is the process of "pulling" tea.
Malaysians generally speak Malay, and many people can speak Chinese. But it’s best to communicate with them in English. I only know a few words of English, which comes in handy when shopping. It seems that learning English well is so important and you can use it no matter where you go.
I gained a lot in Sabah. If you have time, go to Sabah and have a look. Malaysia Travel Essay 3
This summer’s trip to Malaysia was full of surprises. Among these many surprises, the most thrilling one is the paragliding experience on Sabi Island.
In the early morning of August 6, we arrived at the pier, got on a speedboat and rode against the sea breeze, and soon arrived at Sabi Island. The white sandy beach and the clear blue water made us excited.
What excites us even more is that the tour guide told us that the island can arrange a variety of thrilling rides, including paragliding, banana boats, underwater walks... Visitors can sign up freely. After discussing with brothers Tan Hao and Jin Ouliang, I decided to go paragliding. We took a speedboat to the middle of the sea. The staff asked us to fasten our parachute safety belts and then stand on the deck. Suddenly, with a "woo" sound, a big red and blue umbrella opened. The three of us quickly escaped from the speedboat under the tug of the big umbrella. We rose higher and higher, and soon reached an altitude of nearly 30 meters. I looked down. Wow! It’s really a shot that can only be seen on TV after special effects processing! There is a blue sea and blue sky in front of you, and a soft arc is drawn where the water and sky meet. The sea water is very blue and pure. The sea water surrounds several small islands. There are forests of coconut trees on the island, and the sand on the beach is pure white. "It's so beautiful!" I couldn't help but exclaimed.
Suddenly, the parachute we were riding began to descend rapidly. I shouted desperately: "Up! Up!" But the rope didn't obey me at all and continued to fall. Suddenly, my eyesight went dark, and my mouth was filled with salty sea water. Oh! I fell into the sea! I shouted for help desperately, but I choked on several mouthfuls of seawater. I was so nervous that I immediately closed my eyes. After a while, I felt that our parachute was slowly rising again. I opened my eyes with fear. It was bright in front of my eyes, and I saw that brother Ou Liang and I were completely soaked. "Bah, bah!" I quickly spat out the salt water in my mouth. It turns out that this is a "dragonfly tipping the water" trick, which is all about excitement. Look at Tan Hao sitting in front of me. Because the seat is hung high, he barely touches the water. He stretched his legs as far as he could, leaning toward the water as hard as he could, muttering to me: "If I had known better, I would have changed seats with you. I haven't had the pleasure of it yet!" I was secretly proud: Hey, no. Woolen cloth! The parachute flew in the air for a while and gradually landed on the boat. When I got on the boat, I kept saying: "It was so fun! I really want to play it again!"
Although the paragliding process only lasted 15 minutes, it always left me with endless aftertaste. I think: It will be the most wonderful memory of my childhood. Malaysia Travel Essay 4
On July 28, my father and I, as well as his classmates, brothers and sisters, traveled to Sabah, Malaysia. The plane arrived at Yapu, the provincial capital, at 2 a.m. on the 29th. We rested in the hotel for a few hours and then went to the city to get familiar with the terrain. We found that the people here were very polite and there were almost no people in the whole city. Traffic lights and police, but in good order.
On the 30th, we took a boat to Shahuo Island and Manukan Island. As soon as you enter the island, you will see clear and turquoise water, blue sky, white clouds, and fine sand. The plants on the island are lush and lush, as well as the stilted buildings on the beach, which outline the harmony between man and nature** The charm of the first place. My dad and brother and I snorkeled on the beach for a while, getting used to the water temperature and tasting the sea water, wow! Too salty! We had lunch of local delicacies on the island and then returned to the hotel, because there will be more beautiful places waiting for us tomorrow.
In the morning, a bus came to pick us up. After more than an hour's journey, we arrived at a private pier and I boarded their speedboat. The speedboat first slowly drove out of the Inland River. When it entered the seaport, the engine was increased to maximum horsepower. The speedboat rushed forward like a flying boat, splashing against the sea surface and splashing piles of waves. The engine's wake formed a The long white dragon is so cool! After 45 minutes of coolness, we arrived at our destination - Mermaid Island.
In addition to the scenery of those islands yesterday, the most special thing about this island is the sea water. There are many coral reefs here that flicker in the sea water. Under the sun, they show a colorful beauty. We changed into game equipment on the island and started snorkeling. When I put my head into the sea and looked through the snorkel, I saw beautiful coral forests and colorful tropical fish. It was as if I was swimming in the Crystal Palace and I became one of them. Dad curiously went to catch the sea urchin, but was stung by the sea urchin. He groaned in pain. Although he was stung, Dad still caught a sea cucumber. It had an oval body shape and brown skin. It was soft and cute when touched. Awesome! In order to maintain the ecological environment, we did not take it away and put it back into the sea.
The day passed very quickly, and I left this beautiful island reluctantly, but all the happiness was packed into my memory!
