How to transfer tour guide certificate from Lijiang to Kunming

Cannot be transferred. Kunming takes the National Tour Guide Certificate exam. Lijiang’s tour guide certificate is for a local tour guide and must be issued by the local tourism bureau.

1. Registration method

1. Online registration (July 29-August 29): Log in to the Yunnan Tourism Education and Training Network (www.ynlypxw.com), check the "Registration Instructions for the 2016 National Tour Guide Qualification Examination" and notification documents, and register online as required.

2． On-site audit (qualification review, information collection, payment of training fees): (July 30-September 20, 09:00-11:30, 14:30-17:00, closed on holidays).

Note: After the on-site audit, candidates need to pay the examination fee online. The deadline for payment is 24:00 on September 21, 2016 (in order to complete the audit, please pay the fee as soon as possible after the on-site audit). Upon completion, the exam fee is non-refundable. Failure to pay the fee will be deemed as giving up the registration.

You must submit the downloaded and printed "2016 National Tour Guide Qualification Examination Registration Information Confirmation Form", personal ID card, original academic certificate, health certificate and a copy of the above certificates. Candidates must prepare and upload by themselves. A 285×385 half-inch ID photo with a white background and no hat (this photo will be used as the admission ticket and the photo for the qualification certificate issued after passing the exam), and submit 2 photos of the same ID; after the on-site qualification review is completed, the candidate's relevant information cannot be changed.

If you are not familiar with computer operation, you can bring all the required registration materials to the Yunnan Provincial Tourism Training Center and complete the registration under the guidance of the staff.

The fees are strictly in accordance with the Yunfa Gaishu [2009] No. 260 and Yunfa Gaishu [2010] No. 83 documents of the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the relevant regulations of the National Tourism Administration and Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Committee implement.
