No tickets are needed. Sertar county covers an area of 1.8 km2, with a permanent population of 7,802 and an average floating population of 8,000 for many years. It is the political, economic and cultural center of this country. The county seat consists of "three vertical and six horizontal" streets and "well" roads. Sertar county is the region with the highest altitude, the coldest climate and the worst natural conditions in Ganzi Prefecture.

Sertar county is a county under the jurisdiction of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Located in the northeast of Ganzi Prefecture, it is 3138 ′-33 20 ′ north latitude and 98 48 ′-10/00 ′ east longitude. It is located at the junction of Sichuan Province, Qinghai Province, Aba Prefecture, Ganzi Prefecture and Golog Prefecture in Qinghai Province, at the junction of Rangtang County, Ganzi County, Luhuo County, shiqu county and banma county, bordering Rangtang County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the east, Banma and Dari County in Qinghai Province in the north, and Ganzi and Luhuo counties in Ganzi Prefecture in the west and south respectively.

By the end of 20 1 1, sertar county had a total area of 9,338.98 square kilometers, governing 2 towns 15 townships, and 134 villages: Seke Town, Onda Town, Luoruo Township, Huoxi Town, the Year of the Loong Township, osawa Township, Tazi Township and Zhangda Township.
