Those who go to Macao for employment shall submit the approval documents issued by the Exit-Entry Affairs Department of Macao Public Security Police or Macao Human Resources Office and Macao Social and Cultural Department. Article 22

The Pass to Hong Kong and Macao is valid for one use within the validity period. The validity period of the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao is five years, and it can be extended twice, each time not exceeding five years. The certificate shall be kept and used by the holder, and every time he goes to Hong Kong and Macao, he shall go through the application procedures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6, 8 and 1 of these Measures, and make a round-trip endorsement upon approval. Public security organs specially authorized by the Ministry of Public Security can make multiple round-trip endorsements.
