I want to send an English letter to the hotel via email before traveling. Should I write it?

Mrs xxxxxx and Mr. xxxxxxx It is important to state the (1) date of confirmed booking

(2) number of rooms and category

(3) Characters

(4) Transportation schedule and arrival time schedule

(5) Special request 2007-07-04 23:25:35 Supplement: arrival date is your check-in date as normal practice and direct check-in your hotel first. If you are not doing so

you must tell them how you check-in including taking the hotel coach bus (shuttle bus beeen the hotel and the airport) or not.

Two points.. 1)..... Even if you write a letter than Hotel "But when you go to the hotel, it may not be as good as if you were decorated... Every guest wants a room to be married"... 2)... You send an e-mail to the past ...send to the next dept? My opinion... If you make a reservation and tell them what special requirements you have... it will be more direct... Otherwise... you can go to check- in the same reception...
