What global tourism demonstration zones are there in Chongqing?

According to the list of the second batch of national tourism demonstration zones published by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Shanhaiguan District of Qinhuangdao City, Tunxi District of Huangshan City, Changjiang District of Jingdezhen City, Jinjiang District of Chengdu City and Dangxiong County of Lhasa City are all familiar names on the list.

Of course, we also have two districts in Chongqing, Yuzhong District and Wansheng Economic Development Zone.

In the first published list, * * * has 7 1 districts and counties, and two districts and counties in Chongqing have been selected-Wushan County and Wulong District. Up to now, Chongqing has four national tourism demonstration zones.

Wushan county

Wushan county, as a very important node in the Yangtze River basin, is rich in tourism resources. Especially after the opening of Wushan airport, it ushered in rapid development.

According to the data released by Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism, there are tourist attractions in Wushan, such as Little Three Gorges, Wushan Goddess, Wushan Wenfeng and Wushan Museum. Among them, the Little Three Gorges-Little Three Gorges is a 5A-level scenic spot and one of the nine 5A scenic spots in Chongqing.

In autumn and winter, Wushan red leaves reach the best viewing time, and the corresponding international red leaf festival will also open as scheduled. Visiting the Three Gorges and watching the red leaves has become a tourist card in Wushan County.

Wulong district

It may be the county with the best tourism development except the main city of Chongqing.

Although Wulong is only used in a 5A-level scenic spot, this karst tourist area contains rich contents-Tiansheng Third Bridge, fairy mountain and Furong Cave, each of which is famous.

At present, Wulong fairy mountain Airport has also entered the test flight stage, and will soon be officially opened to traffic, which will bring better development to Wulong's tourism industry.

At the same time, Wulong has also become the location of many film and television dramas, making its popularity spread to further places.

Moreover, compared with other districts and counties, Wulong is closer to the main city of Chongqing, with more convenient transportation and more advantages in tourism development.

Yuzhong district

As the mother city of Chongqing, the development of Yuzhong District has always been everyone's greatest concern. However, due to the small area of Yuzhong District, the available resources have basically been developed, which seems a bit cramped.

However, this will not affect the development of tourism in Yuzhong District. There are 13 national A-level scenic spots, and the number is also in the leading position in the city.

Jie Fangbei, Hongyadong, Yangtze River Cableway, Liziba Railroad Building and other scenic spots have become the must-see places for tourists to come to Chongqing, attracting more tourists than other scenic spots.

At the same time, Yuzhong District also attaches great importance to the experience of tourists. During the National Day of 20 19, we sent a reminder message to the citizens, asking them to leave more space for tourists. This is a powerful pet.

Wansheng economic development zone

However, Wansheng Economic Development Zone still lags behind other districts and counties in overall tourism development, but it is fully affirmed that it can be selected as a national global tourism demonstration zone this time.
