The origin of Jingdezhen
During the period of Jingdezhen in the Northern Song Dynasty (1004- 1007), because Changnan was rich in exquisite porcelain, which was exported to five continents, it was deeply loved and praised by the emperor as a tribute of the court. Emperor Song Zhenzong named it Changnan Town and ordered it to enter the "Jingdezhen Year System", so the world was "salty". Since then, Jingdezhen has gradually become the center of porcelain making in China and even the world.
Jingdezhen is known as the "porcelain capital", where the kiln fire lasts for thousands of years, and its porcelain is famous at home and abroad for its unique style of "white as jade, bright as a mirror, thin as paper and loud as a chime".
