Treatment conditions:

1, Suzhou registered residents with resident ID card;

2. Suzhou citizens, who are above 1.4m in height and under 1.6 in age, apply with their household registration book or resident identity card;

3. Suzhou college students register with their ID cards and student ID cards (which must be stamped with the registration stamp of the current year and within the validity period);

4. Long-term residents from other places in Suzhou apply with their ID cards and residence permits issued or renewed by Suzhou Public Security Bureau (residence permits are issued for half a year and within the validity period);

5, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots with the residence permit issued by the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau;

6. Foreigners who have lived in Suzhou for a long time shall apply with their passports and the Residence Permit or Registration Form for Accommodation of Overseas Personnel issued by Suzhou Public Security Department (the date of issuance/check-in is at least half a year);
