Zuimei Longjiang 331 Border Road is connected to National Highway Dan'a The highway (G331) is the main channel, with a 1,700km main line section starting from Fuyuan in the east and ending at Mohe in the west, covering a 20km tourist radiation zone on both sides of the main line. The G331 corridor has world-class original ecological tourism resources such as Jiejiang River, Shenzhou Arctic, Huaxia East Pole, and virgin forests. There are currently 20 developed 3A-level and above scenic spots. It is planned to connect the scattered tourism resources along the route through highways. According to the unified planning of the provincial government and the instructions on the "Request for Instructions on Matters Concerning the Construction Model of the Zuimei Longjiang 331 Border Road Project" (Heijiaozhen [2021] No. 173), Zuimei Longjiang The 331 Border Road project is planned to be implemented in two phases according to the planned implementation progress. The first phase of the project adopts the "general construction contracting + PPP" model, with a total investment of approximately 6.3 billion yuan.
