Which is better, Shenyang, Changchun or Harbin?

Shenyang is the first, Harbin the second and Changchun the third. However, the best cities in China are not necessarily provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the Central Government. In terms of air quality, economic development, pleasant scenery, development potential, climate and environment, the five cities with separate plans in China are also sub-provincial cities, and they are the best cities in Chinese mainland that surpass most provincial capitals.

At present, there are only five China, from north to south: Dalian in Liaoning Province, Qingdao in Shandong Province, Ningbo in Zhejiang Province, Xiamen in Fujian Province and Shenzhen in Guangdong Province.
