How to apply for a Norwegian visa?

Personal application process for a Norwegian visa:

The first step is to log in to the embassy website and download the corresponding visa application form and corresponding template form text file;

Documents required for a Norwegian visa:

1. Private passport from Mainland China

2. Two 2-inch (3.5cmx4.5cm) white background color photos taken within the past 6 months

6. Original marriage certificate, original neighborhood committee certificate (required for self-employed and unemployed)

7. Copy of employment certificate and unit certificate (employed)/Income source description and signature (freelance and unemployed)/Retirement certificate Original (retirees)/school certificate (students)

8. Proof of assets: Freelancers and students, students and children under the age of 18 must provide additional relevant certificates

9. Proof of itinerary: Original travel certificate and overseas medical insurance

11. Students and children under 18 years old:

1. If traveling with parents: provide birth certificate The original notarized medical certificate (in both Chinese and English) and the original certification certificate. The child must be the main applicant for notarization, and the notarization certificate for students and children under 10 years old must indicate the legal representative information, parents’ names, and birth dates. Date, home address, etc.; 2. Traveling with only one parent or parents not traveling: (1) Provide the original notarized medical certificate of birth (in Chinese and English) and the original certification. The child must be the main applicant for notarization and must be 10 years old. The notarized kinship certificate for the following students and children must indicate the legal representative information, including the parents’ names, dates of birth, home addresses, etc.; (2) Parents who are not traveling need to provide the original notarized certificate of entrustment and authenticate it. Note on sample power of attorney: The Certification Office will not accept notarial deeds with the following conditions: (1) The person’s name seal is printed on the inside cover page of the notarial certificate; (2) The official seal of the notary office is printed on the inside blank page; (3) The name seal is hollow or has a border, the name seal overlaps with the notary office seal, and there are stains in the blank space; (4) The steel seal of the notarial certificate does not penetrate the entire document, and the handwriting is unclear.

Norway visa processing time:
