Now we come to Hongshi Gorge. Hongshixia has many pools, beautiful waterfalls, dangerous canyons, strange rocks, beautiful cliffs and a refreshing atmosphere. Traveling in the canyon has a feeling of isolation and otherness. This small and exquisite beauty combination is known as the spirit in the "bonsai" canyon, which is really rare. Yuntai Mountain is rich in stratum structure, geology and geomorphology, water landscape and vegetation. In Bailongtan, Hongshixia, geologists discovered zircon 3.4 billion years ago, which is the oldest rock found on the earth at present.

Look, the magnificent scenery hidden at the bottom of the gorge has always been known as the "three wonders". First of all, the odd man sees the big from the small. Hongshixia is 2 kilometers long from north to south, 68 meters deep and 2 to 30 meters wide from east to west. But in this compact space, springs, waterfalls, streams, ponds, peaks, strange rocks and other landscapes are gathered in one gorge, which combines strangeness, beauty, quietness and elegance in one gorge, skillfully blending the masculinity and femininity of nature and collecting the essence of mountains and rivers in one square inch. The second is deep underground. Its mountain is the mountain below; Its water is underwater. Thousands of beautiful scenery and customs are hidden deep underground. Third, the four seasons are like spring. Surrounded by mountains, the air in the canyon can't fully communicate with the outside air, thus forming a unique microclimate. In midsummer, the heat outside the gorge is unbearable, and the gorge is cool and pleasant; In the middle of winter, it is freezing outside the gorge, but it is warm as spring, warm in winter and cool in summer, and the temperature is moderate, so it is called "Changchun Valley", hence the name Wenpanyu.

Friends, we went on and came to the ovary lake. Zifang Lake, named after the seclusion of Zhang Zifang, a famous minister in the Western Han Dynasty, is the only lake landscape in Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area. Walking along the lake, you can see the "Dharma Peak" on the opposite mountain. According to legend, the Indian monk Dharma came to China to preach and arrived at Shaolin Temple. 10 years, distractions still flooded into his mind, so he left the temple to find a beautiful and quiet place to practice. Later, I went to Mount Tai and sat quietly on the mountain on the west side of Ovary Lake. It is inaccessible here. Dharma stood on the top of the mountain, accompanied by Shan Lan's clouds all day long, and soon died, leaving the "Dharma Peak" here.

Singing songs and watching the beautiful scenery all the way, we unconsciously came to the end of Laotangou. As the saying goes, "You can swim in Yuntai, praise Yuntai, and it doesn't count if you don't reach the waterfall." This is the most famous Yuntai Waterfall, which is the largest waterfall found in Asia at present, with a waterfall drop of 3 10/0m and a waterfall width of about 5-7m. The scenery is pleasant, just like the beautiful south of the Yangtze River, so it is nicknamed "Tanpu River". Yuntai Mountain is located in Xiuwu County, northeast of Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. Yuntai Mountain is named because of its steep mountain and misty all the year round. The scenic area is 190 square kilometers, including ten scenic spots such as Hongshi Gorge, Tanpu Gorge, Quanpu Gorge, Zifang Lake, Wanshan Temple, Baijiayan, Yuan Xian, Ding Sheng, Diecai Cave and Qinglong Gorge. Today, I will show you three scenic spots: Hongshi Gorge, Tanpu Gorge and Quanpu Gorge. Yuntai Mountain is famous for its mountains, picturesque peaks and picturesque rocks. The main peak, Kaunus Peak, is 1, 308 meters above sea level, which is an excellent place to climb and overlook. Yuntai Mountain is famous for its water, with a single-stage drop of 314m. Hongshixia is an address relic caused by Sinian crustal movement 65.438+0.4 billion years ago. Because the stone wall of the whole canyon is brown-red timely sandstone, it is called Hongshi Gorge. Please follow me down the steps, through the Black Dragon Cave and come to Huanglong Lake. Please look at the water here. Water is extremely blue in the deep and clear in the shallow. You look up and see that the stone wall here is reddish brown, and then you look up and see the sky blue. Is it a subtle combination of "clear water, green cliffs and blue sky"? As the saying goes, "the scenery of the five stones is not strange", and there are a lot of natural strange stones with great ornamental value in the beautiful Huanglongtan. Look at this strange stone in front of us, half on the shore and half in the water. Its texture is natural, simple and elegant, like clouds, like running water, like bas-relief and picturesque. This is really a masterpiece of nature. Please look at the northeast corner of the pool in the direction of my finger. These are two iron-red strange stones closely connected. Legend has it that the dragon son and the dragon daughter are the embodiment of their love. They express their love for each other with their own unique modeling language.

Friends, we have seen the beautiful Huanglong Lake. After Qinglong Lake and Heilongtan, a spectacular waterfall appears in front of us, which is Huanglong Waterfall. Huanglong Waterfall is chic and elegant, like water mist, like water curtain, and like gauze curtain. Behind the waterfall, there are countless flowing water spouting from the spring. Beautiful moss grows skillfully around the spring and complements the waterfall. It really looks like a huge and exquisite water sculpture.

After visiting Hongshi Gorge and Zifang Lake, we came to Xiaozhaigou and Tanpu Gorge. There are three steps and one spring, five steps and one waterfall, and ten steps and one pool, which show the ever-changing waterfalls, flowing water, colorful pools, strange stones and other landscapes, and the scenery is pleasant, just like the beautiful south of the Yangtze River. Along the mountain path, we came to the northernmost end of Tanzhe Gorge. Please look up around the canyon. This is a U-shaped canyon, surrounded by mountains on three sides and open on one side. The width of the valley bottom is greater than that of the valley bottom. The canyon is like a pot with a small mouth and a big belly. There is only blue sky overhead except for the vertical steep cliffs around us. Is it a feeling of sitting in the well and watching the sky? This is the most distinctive landform type of Yuntai Mountain-Wenggu. (How is it formed? When the waterfall pours down from the top, it flows through two groups of limestone in different CAMBRIAN periods. Thick layered limestone at the top is closely combined, and fragile limestone at the bottom is thin. Over time, the fragile limestone at the bottom was washed away by water, forming an urn valley terrain with a small top and a large bottom. ) I have seen strange urn-valley shapes. Please look in the direction of my finger. Can you see what it looks like? By the way, this is a natural picture of dragons and phoenixes. It's really amazing. I don't know which artist used heaven as a pen, mountains as a picture scroll, spring water, moss and ferns as pen and ink to outline such a vivid dragon and fairy phoenix. The dragon stands tall, holds the giant high and spits fog. People call it "dragon sowing rain". Look at this fairy phoenix, just above the phoenix tail, there is a silver waterfall flowing down the moss, which seems to be evenly scattered on the emerald feathers of the fairy phoenix, and then it becomes a broken pearl. Under the sunshine, pearls are dazzling and breathtaking, and people call them "phoenix-tailed pearls".

Do you want to see the highest waterfall in China after swimming in Tanpu Gorge? Next, we will go to the spring waterfall gorge. The main feature of the Spring Waterfall Gorge is "one length and two heights": one length refers to the length of the canyon, and two heights refer to the large drop of Yuntai Waterfall at the end of the canyon. The pagoda peak at the mouth of the valley is 1 158 meters high, reaching straight into the sky. The high waterfalls and deep ditches reflect the special geological characteristics of Yuntai Mountain.
