This is the only existing ancient central state-owned university building in China. Imperial academy is the highest administrative organ of national management education and the highest institution of learning established by China in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Adjacent to Confucius Temple and Lama Temple. On both sides of imperial academy Street, the Huaiyin passageway, the east and west ends of the street, and the archways on both sides of imperial academy Gate are painted, which is the only ancient street with four archways in Beijing.

4. Shichahai

Shichahai, located in Xicheng District, Beijing, is composed of three connected lakes: Qianhai, Houhai and Xihai. It is called "Housan Lake" in history. Together with "the first three seas (South China Sea, China Sea and North Sea)", it constitutes the six major seawater systems in the inner city of Beijing. 5. Gubei Water Town

The Summer Palace is one of the largest and best-preserved royal gardens in China and one of the world-famous tourist attractions. The Summer Palace is a large-scale natural landscape garden with Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain as the background and the scenery of Hangzhou West Lake as the blueprint, drawing on some design techniques and artistic conception of Jiangnan gardens. 7. Temple of Heaven

The Temple of Heaven is divided into an inner altar and an outer altar. The inner altar consists of two parts, namely, the praying altar in the north and the praying altar in the south. A 360-meter-long single pen bridge connects the two altars. The main buildings of the two altars are concentrated at the two ends of the single bridge.
