Self-help tour route from Beijing to Yunnan
D1 arrives in Kunming, catches a long-distance bus to Dali (the journey is 38km, more than 4 hours, and it takes more than 5 hours to drive at night), visits the night view of the old town of Dali, and stays in the old town of Dali at night;
special note: there are buses at almost every long-distance bus station from Kunming to Dali, and the latest one is at 17:3 in the evening. If you arrive in the evening, you can rent a carriage outside the ancient city to the Erhai Lake (at most in 1 yuan), and you can visit the ancient city night market. When you arrive in Dali, you must try Dali's special dishes, such as casserole fish 2 yuan/pot, papaya chicken and sauteed snail meat. Address: Yiheng Hotel, No.12 Renmin Road, ancient city of Dali. You can buy a bus ticket to Lijiang next to Jinhua Hotel in advance, 3 yuan/person. Jinhua Hotel is next to Foreigners Street, and the conditions are not bad. If you stay in Jinhua Hotel, the standard room price is 1 yuan/room. I spent two nights in a bar called TANG on foreigner street. The boss there is a northerner and very generous. When I went, it happened to be the boss's birthday. He invited me to drink the local green plum wine (a drink with little alcohol, recommended), and we had a carnival together for almost one night. The boss has a friend, a musician, who plays foreign musical instruments and has a great personality. He likes to pick up girls, and it is very interesting to chat with him.
D2 Visit the old town of Dali, Cangshan Erhai Lake and other places of interest, and stay in the old town of Dali in the evening because of corruption in foreigner street (bar street);
Special note: You can take a bus to Gantong Temple to go to Cangshan. 3 yuan, the cable car on Cangshan Mountain (the destination is Zhonghe Temple), is recommended to ride up the mountain at the same price, and you can take photos at any time. The most important thing is that you don't have to walk a long uphill to the ropeway station (Dali City is not big, there are many disabled cars or other means of transportation, and the price is not expensive); Jade belt cloud road is very long, so it's not very interesting to see a hole at the end. You can take a general look and walk, and you don't have to go to the end. It is said that it is not safe to go there at ordinary times, so pay attention. If you want to take photos of the three towers, you can take photos on the cable car down the mountain or go to the reflection park in the south, or you can take photos in the fields in the east by bike. It is also good to take photos from Cangshan Mountain. Those who buy tickets into the park are complete fools. Cangshan Mountain is enough for half a day. When you get off the cableway, you can take a ride at the foot of Cangshan Mountain and go straight to Erhai Lake. You can take a boat trip to Erhai Lake (I don't think it's meaningful to have a one-day trip to Erhai Lake). You can go to the island where the Bai people live (it seems to be called Yinhua Island, etc.), where there is an authentic three tea. Guanyin Pavilion in Erhai Lake needs tickets for 2 yuan/People, and it is an antique building, so there is no need to see it. It's a good idea to rent a bicycle in Dali (mountain 8 yuan/day). You can go to Xizhou by bike (13KM away from the ancient city). The buildings in the village are more interesting than the ancient city.
D3 takes the first bus at 7: 3 a.m. and leaves for Lijiang (the journey is 248 kilometers, 3-4 hours). Have lunch in Lijiang, visit the ancient city and white sand murals in the afternoon, and enjoy Naxi ancient music and Sulijiang in the evening;
Special note: You can book accommodation in Lijiang Youth Hostel (Tel: 888-518124, 517543). There are not many people in Lijiang during the off-season and there should be plenty of accommodation. There are many families to live in the old city, but the prices are very cheap (tens of dollars per person). You can go to the Jixian snack bar in Baisuifang to taste eight bowls (it must be eaten by 6-8 people, and it is said that it is made of eight kinds of food). The most famous snack in Lijiang is "Lijiang Baba", which is sweet and salty. The authentic one is about 5 meters down at the entrance of Guanmen, and most of the ones near Sifang Street are wholesale, with a slightly higher price and a lack of taste. Chickpea is a kind of bean, which is produced in high altitude areas and its yield is extremely low. Bean jelly made from this kind of bean is a popular snack. More punctual, there are generally two kinds of hot and cold at the side of the wooden bridge 3 steps down the Dashiqiao River. When it is hot, it is mushy and has great flavor. Plus a local braised Baba, it is exactly three to four people (the price is four yuan and five yuan, depending on the quantity). Ice powder and cool night (the poetic descendants of Peking University call cool shrimp, both in form and spirit) are a kind of snacks that tourists like better. Those who have worked for a long time are at the entrance of Sifang Street, next to the machines selling Coca-Cola. Blowing the liver is rare elsewhere. It is made of pig liver by inflation, pickling and natural air drying. It is usually eaten cold. Be sure to ask if it is air-dried, because most of the common ones are fresh. The taste of ham is ok, but it is difficult to meet home-made ham, and with the increase of winter temperature in these years, curing is easy to go bad. Usually bought or Yongsheng (a county in Lijiang area) Sanchuan ham (which tastes very good). The above concentrated foods are more distinctive, but have a taste. . . . . . Hee hee. If you live in Naxi Ancient Music Workshop, you can listen to ancient music for free. If you want to listen to authentic ancient music, you must first ask if it is hosted by the old gentleman of Xuanke. If not, you'd better not listen. Be sure to go to the bar by the river for tea and wine tasting in the evening, or you will come to Lijiang for nothing.
D4 Yulong Snow Mountain, take the cable car up the mountain (11 yuan/person). After watching the snow-capped mountains, go to Black and White Water, arrive at Daju that night, and stay at Daju overnight (or return to Lijiang);
Special note: Shuhe can actually go by bike from Lijiang, which is not far. It is said that there are birds in Lashihai, but it depends on the season. If there is not enough time, you can't go. It is best to charter the trip. Because Baishuihe is more expensive to eat (because this is the only one), you can bring your own dry food. Ride a horse to and from 6 yuan/person in Maoniuping. If you want to ride a horse when you get to Maoniuping, you have to pay extra. In 4 yuan in peak season and 2 yuan in low season, you don't want to ride a horse. You can slowly enjoy the scenery of Yulong Snow Mountain and alpine grassland along the boardwalk. When riding down the mountain, the person holding the horse may tell you that 1 yuan will take you another way and enjoy another scenery. Don't be fooled. Just go back the same way. If you want to jump on foot, you should stay in Daju, but the accommodation there is not good, so you should be prepared in advance. Those who just want to visit Tiger Jump can return to Lijiang. For a corrupt tour, you can join a one-day tour group in Lijiang on this day's tour route. The itinerary is roughly the same, just remember not to buy things indiscriminately.
D5 Go to Tiger Leaping Gorge and visit the first bay of the Yangtze River
Special note: The best way to browse Tiger Leaping is on foot. It takes 2-3 days to walk. If you only visit, jump up and down and then visit the first bend of the Yangtze River. For a corrupt tour, you can join a one-day tour group in Lijiang on this day's tour route.
D6 travels from Lijiang to Lugu Lake (2km, 7-1 hours) and arrives at Lugu Lake in the afternoon.
Special note: There are long-distance buses to Lugu Lake. Remember to inquire about the departure time in the morning the night before. There are not many trains, so be careful not to miss the time. There is a place on the road where you can take a panoramic view of Lugu Lake (like an observation deck). If you want to experience the real life of Mosha, you'd better not live in Luoshui Village. You can find a car locally and go to Rige Peninsula (8 kilometers), which is a real Mosha village. If you can get used to the local accommodation conditions, you can live directly in the home of the Mosha people. If the requirements are higher, you can stay in Luoshui Village. Accommodation there is good, the price is not high (2-3 yuan/person), and there are parties in the places where people usually live at night. It is suggested not to attend in Luoshui Village, but to go directly to Rige Peninsula for dinner (1-15 yuan per person should be able to eat well) and attend a real rubbing party (if you are lucky, you can also see the coming-of-age ceremony). It is very convenient for local people to carry it back in a pig trough boat at night. If you want to ride a horse, Rig Peninsula is much cheaper than falling into the water (1 yuan can go from one side of the island to the other. If you give 2, you can ride open for half a day.
D7. Visit Moshuren Village, visit Lugu Lake and Lugu Lake Island by pig trough boat (it is best to ride around the lake), and return to Lijiang in the afternoon;
D8 Relax and experience the quiet life in Lijiang. Stay in Lijiang in the evening or return to Kunming (it takes 8 hours from Lijiang to Kunming. Lijiang has at least four long-distance stations. If one family doesn't have a car, you can go to the other three. Just take a car and let the driver find it. It's very cheap! Don't worry if you don't have a car, just take a taxi to go to dali. A trip to Dali New Town Bus Station requires 2 yuan, and there will be more buses to Dali. Don't worry! Absolute cheats! Hee hee! );
D9 Visit Kunming, stay in Kunming at night or return;
Suggestions on time arrangement
If time is rich, it is strongly recommended to go to Zhongdian, but Zhongdian is very large and needs a lot of time on the road. It is ok if you rent a car, but it is not convenient to go by long-distance bus. And if it often snows in Zhongdian in winter (after November), it is easy to close the mountain.
Actually, Lijiang is a very attractive place. Maybe you won't want to go there after staying. So leave more time for Lijiang, and you won't regret it.
want to see the real ancient city? Then get up early! Lijiang in the morning is not noisy, there is no strong copper smell, there is only peace and tranquility. Remember, if you live in Lijiang, you must get up early and have a look.
If you have difficulties in arranging accommodation, transportation and return air tickets in Yunnan, please contact Manager Chen Jiamei of Yunnan International Travel Service (138879494). If you are traveling for corruption, you can collect all the people and pack their cars and come straight down from Kunming. This can save money and a lot of time, and avoid a lot of trouble in renting a car locally. Car rental price: TOYOTA Sea Lion (11 seats) is about 5 yuan/day.
Suggestions on photography in Lijiang
First of all, you should have a camera, the more advanced the better. Otherwise, you will be annoyed that your camera can't record the beauty of nature. It doesn't matter if you use a fool machine. Lijiang has a lot to record, and your fool machine will also be useful.
Because it is a plateau, the solar radiation is strong. So try to avoid shooting at noon. UV is necessary. It is necessary to bring a polarizer (it can better show the blue sky and white clouds in Lijiang). Many times you may need a medium gray gradient mirror, because the contrast is too big.
take more film. Last time I went to a mountain closed by heavy snow, I couldn't make it in many places and burned a dozen films, so be sure to bring more, or you will regret it. Friends who like photography prepare 4-5 volumes every day, and other friends prepare 2-3 volumes every day. That's right!
remember to bring enough camera batteries. Many places are very remote, and there will be no batteries for sale on the 5th next year, let alone special LI batteries. And if you go to Zhongdian and other places, the cold climate will affect the battery life. At the critical moment, the battery is dead, and you will die miserably. It is recommended to bring at least 3 sets of spare batteries.
Lijiang and Beijing have a time difference of at least 2 hours. The sun goes down much later than Beijing time, so you can calculate the best shooting time according to the situation.
The most beautiful scenery in Lijiang is almost all along the road (from Kunming to Dali, from Dali to Lijiang, and from Lijiang to Lugu Lake). So if possible, it is recommended to walk all the way (it's a bit boring to destroy people! Hee hee! )。 It's a good idea to rent a car. If you take a long-distance bus, you will regret missing the beautiful scenery! If you rent a car, remember to stop at any time. Don't mention it. You'd rather be scolded than go down to film, or you'll regret that even God can't save you!
Yunnan is known as the south of colorful clouds. If you are lucky, you can see many beautiful colorful clouds (real colorful clouds). The best time to see colorful clouds is after sunrise in the morning and before and after sunset in the evening.
don't take the old road to visit Lijiang
Jiang has become the most popular tourist route in Yunnan in recent years, and most tourists will choose its famous scenic spots. Young backpackers can take the following two little-known routes: Eryuan West Lake Bai fishing village and hiking Tiger Leaping Gorge in the middle and lower reaches of Jinsha River.
Eryuan West Lake Bai Nationality Fishing Village:
Eryuan West Lake belongs to Dali Prefecture, which is about 11 kilometers away from Lijiang City, and takes about 3-3.5 hours. It takes about 1 hour to take a bus from Lijiang to Xionggu, and it costs about 7 yuan money. Then, it takes about 2 hours to take a bus to Nankai to Yousuo Town, 2 yuan/person. Walk 1 km west from the crossing of the Agricultural Bank of the town center, and you will enter Xihu Village. The water surface area of the West Lake is 3.3 square kilometers, and most of the permanent residents are Bai people. West Lake faces Yunnong Peak of Cangshan Mountain in the west, and water is injected from the mountain to the south and flows downstream into Erhai Lake in Dali.
On the top of Yunnong Peak, there is also an alpine lake with an area of about 8 mu, with only a few scattered Bai and Yi households far apart. There is no access above the mountain, and it is still transported by caravans. Because of the sparse population, there is no pollution in the lake. This lake is about 8 meters above sea level than the West Lake, and it takes 3-4 hours to walk.
Traveler's advice:
1. There is an unregistered so-called travel company at the entrance of West Lake Village, and everyone collects 25 yuan. They provide boating and sightseeing. If you just go in to see the water town and don't row a boat, you don't have to pay this money.
2. There are still several fishermen in the village who keep fishing with osprey, and they can only find it after entering the village.
3. Usually, the host will not ask about the cost. For example, if you eat, live and play in one house, you can pay 6-8 yuan/person/day. Because the Bai people have the custom of toasting and persuading guests, they bring one or two packets of local middle-class cigarettes to show their gratitude.
4. The tour guide fee to the plateau lake needs to be negotiated separately, about 5-6 yuan per person per day, and it takes a whole day to go back and forth.
Walking tour of Hutiaoxia in Jinsha River:
Hutiaoxia flows from Hutiaoxia Town from west to northeast to Daju Ferry, with a total length of about 26 kilometers. The Haba Snow Mountain in Shangri-La County (5,396 meters) is in the west of the river, and the Yulong Snow Mountain in Lijiang (5,596 meters) is in the east of the river. The river is sandwiched between two mountains, and the narrowest part of the river is only 3 meters. In addition, the gap is large and it falls in the middle of the river.
Generally, the Tiger Leaping Gorge arranged by local travel companies is in Lijiang, and the car directly drives to the riverside parking lot. There is a plank road paved with cement and rock, which is about 4,5 meters, 15-2 meters away from the river, all of which are on the Tiger Leaping part. Usually, tourists can feel the rushing river here.
It takes about 3 hours to take the CMB bound for Zhongdian from the West Lake and get off at the bridgehead of Hutiaoxiakou Town, counting 23 yuan. Here, drink enough water first, and then take 1 liter of water to start. The first stop is Naxi Accord (Accord means "family" in Naxi language), which is a warm-up exercise. You can stretch your muscles and walk for 2.5 to 3 hours with a load, and all the way is a gentle slope. Naxi Family is the best inn to watch Yulong Snow Mountain, and you can see the nine peaks of the thirteen peaks of Yulong completely. Unfortunately, the top of the snow mountain is often covered with clouds and fog. If you want to watch it completely, you need to wait for the opportunity.
it's about 17 kilometers from Naxi people's home, which is the most famous HALFWAY G.H It is called HALFWAY because it takes 8-9 hours to get from the bridgehead or Daju in the early stage of this route development, and it is the only village where you can stay overnight. Travelers named HALFWAY, and the boss translated it into a halfway house. The room rate is 1-15 yuan/person/bed. This section of the road is the most exhausting part of the hiking route, and the precious role of water far exceeds food here. HALFWAY
G.H is in Yongsheng village, with 46 families. It migrated from Sichuan hundreds of years ago, with an altitude of about 2,4 meters. The most fascinating thing about HALFWAY
G.H is that it has a platform of nearly 3 square meters facing the gorge. At sunset, it's wonderful to have a cup of tea and listen to the host's anecdotes about the guests climbing the mountains and climbing the Haba Snow Mountain.
Notes on Hiking
Hiking can undoubtedly strengthen the physique of young people and middle-aged people, but it may be counterproductive if you don't prepare for the disease prevention of hiking. Pay attention to the following points:
1. The key to prevention lies in one's correct posture, and the other is not to be impatient.
