When traveling from Chengdu to Daocheng Yading in late December, you asked if you were driving?
Under normal weather, there is no problem with the car. I'm afraid it won't snow in December. The best time is from now to early November, when you can see red leaves, yellow leaves, and snowy scenery. Generally speaking, road conditions will not freeze. It snows at night and stops during the day, except for the high-altitude peaks you pass. I don't recommend it in December. I really need to wear snow chains.
Just returned from Daocheng Yading, a group of four people rented an SUV and drove in Chengdu. The itinerary first went to Chengdu Giant Panda Base, Dujiangyan, Qingcheng Mountain, Siguniang Mountain, Jiaju Tibetan Village, Litang, Daocheng, Daocheng Yading Scenic Area, Zheduo Mountain, Kangding, Leshan Giant Buddha, Mount Emei, and Chengdu. It took 10 days in total. I originally planned to go to Seda, but after setting off from Chengdu, I saw the weather forecast in Seda, warning that the snow-covered roads would be icy for a week. Although I prepared snow chains before setting off, none of my colleagues had experience driving on snowy roads and decided to give up on Seda. I visited Jiaju Zangzhai and read the weather forecast for Daocheng Yading for a week, and I was so happy that I drove right away. On the way to Litang, traffic was controlled for 6 hours because of the asphalt road. During the road closure, traffic resumed at 6 p.m. That night I drove to Yajiang 318 Road Travel Camp and stayed in a container house. I drove all the way and stayed in Daocheng that night. The next day, I drove 1.5 hours to Daocheng Yading Scenic Area. There are viewing platforms along the road, and you can stop at designated places to take photos and replenish toilets. All toilets along the way charge 1 yuan, and the ticket windows of some attractions only accept cash. The road along the way will pass through 5000-2000 different altitudes, and some sections will rise and fall at faster altitudes. People who suffer from altitude sickness can prepare oxygen bottles in advance. If your ears are uncomfortable, you can block your nostrils with your fingers and blow air to relieve ear discomfort. Pharmacies in Daocheng County sell oxygen bottles and medicine to relieve altitude sickness. You can also buy glucosidase in pharmacies. All rooms and meals along the way can be booked from the APP. We are all fellow beauties who ordered from Dianping and Ctrip. There are many celebrity stores online that are really affordable. In short, during this trip to Xichuan, the food and accommodation were pretty good, and the locals were more responsible in doing business.
Which place has the most beautiful natural scenery: Yubeng in Yunnan, Daocheng Yading in Sichuan, and Zhagana in Gannan?
I have been to all three places. Let me tell you this.
Aden is famous for its steep snow-capped mountains. For example, the two snow-capped mountains of Yangmaiyong and Xiaruoduoji are both in the shape of pyramids. Xia Ruoduoji could only see the peak of the mountain from a distance, while only Yang Maiyong could see it from close range. Nari can be seen closer, but its mountain shape is general. It is undeniable that the dangerous snow-capped peaks of Yangmayong paired with the blue milk sea are an unparalleled scenery. At the foot of the mountain, there are clear rivers around and the scenery is also very good. However, Aden, like a scenic spot, is under closed management. People can only live in the remote town of Shangri-La. It takes nearly an hour to enter the scenic spot by car, and you still have to get out when you are almost there.
Yubeng is different. After people enter, they live in Yubeng Village at the foot of the mountain. The pastoral snow-capped mountains and Tibetan cattle and sheep are picturesque. In particular, Meili Snow Mountain has thirteen peaks. The peaks and mountains are steep and majestic, all connected in a row. They are spectacular. People living in Yubeng Village can choose to go to the foot of several different snow peaks to see the snow mountains and the sacred lake up close. There are still many scenic spots in Yubeng. If we had to go one by one, it would take about four or five days.
If it’s a little difficult to see Yang Maiyong and Milk Sea on the Aden Mountaineering Road, then it’s an extreme test of physical strength to go to Yubeng. Of course, if you don’t choose to walk, you can take mules, horses and motorcycles in and out of Yubeng, but the cost will be much higher. This makes hiking less fun.
There are no snow-capped mountains in Zhaga. The highest peak, Guanggai Mountain, is only over 3,000 meters above sea level. Because of climate warming, it has lost its beautiful silver clothes forever. Even so, the rocky cliffs around Zhaga tower ta
In short, the three places have their own characteristics and are the best tourist destinations in western my country.
Thank you for the invitation. The places you mentioned are all Tibetan areas. We brought a fleet of vehicles on the road. These Tibetan areas and scenery are beautiful.
You can go with our fleet when you have time! [Fang Yi]
