Is Fogang Shankara?

No. The topography of Fogang fluctuates from northeast to southwest, which can be roughly divided into three types: mountains, hills and plains. It is mountainous in the southeast and northwest, mostly from northeast to southwest. There are ten scenic spots in Fogang, including Guanyin Mountain, Huanghua Lake, Guanyin Mountain and Yang Jiao. Tourism is relatively developed, not a remote, backward and underdeveloped area. Shankala means remote, backward and undeveloped areas, high mountains and mountainous areas or rural areas.
