2. Recruitment Scope
1. Personnel with Suichang County household registration (including: current household registration in Suichang, birthplace in Suichang, Suichang origin), in 2022 The location of household registration as of September 16 shall prevail.
2. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions in employment units where there are avoidance situations listed in Article 30 of Zhejiang Talents [2007] No. 184.
3. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public service are found to have cheated in the civil service recruitment examination or the recruitment examination for public institutions or the public recruitment examination for non-staff employment in government agencies and institutions. Persons who have committed fraud and are still within the period of disallowance to apply for the examination, as well as persons with other circumstances that prohibit the employment as civil servants or staff of public institutions or non-staff employment in government agencies and public institutions as stipulated by law, shall not apply.
Those who meet the job application requirements can register on-site at the employer within the specified time (the registration location for township and street positions is located on the 5th floor of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau).
3. Recruitment conditions
In addition to the qualifications required for non-staff positions, applicants must also meet the following conditions:

IV. Recruitment procedures and methods
In accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, the recruitment process will be carried out through open registration, examinations, physical examinations, public announcements, recruitment and other procedures.
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: September 16, 2022 (8:30-12:00 am, 14:00 pm) 30-17:30). Late registration will no longer be accepted.

3. Registration method: On-site registration is adopted. If fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2022 have obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates, please provide graduation certificates, degree certificates, valid identity documents, household registration books, and other certificates required for the position you apply for. If the ratio is less than 1:2, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment plan for the position is reduced and cancelled. The number of reduction and write-off quotas will be announced to the public at that time. If the position you applied for is cancelled, candidates can re-register within 24 hours after receiving the cancellation notice. Failure to change the application within the time limit will be deemed as giving up the registration.
A candidate is required to apply for only one position. If multiple applicants are found among the shortlisted interview candidates, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Personnel who are currently in the real-name system for non-staff employment in Suichang County apply for other non-staff positions. They must obtain the consent of their current employer and provide a letter of consent from their current employer when registering. (3) Examinations and tests
The court’s judicial employee position examinations include written examinations, professional skills tests (mainly computer-based operations, divided into listening and speaking and watching), and interviews Three items. The total score for the court's judicial employee position = written test score * 35% + professional skills test score * 35% + interview score * 30%.
The driver's position examination consists of two parts: a written test and an interview (skills test). Total position score = written test score * 50% + interview (skills test) score * 50%.
Other job examinations include written examinations and interviews. Total position score = written test score * 50% + interview score * 50%.
1. Written test
The content of the written test is "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" (the content of the written test for the driver position includes "Knowledge of Traffic Laws and Regulations"). The full score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing score is 45 If the total score of the written test does not reach 45 points, they will not be included in the interview.
Please refer to the admission ticket for the written test time and location. Applicants must also bring their valid ID, admission ticket and "Health Commitment Letter" (Attachment 3) to take the written test.
2. Skills test
(1) Those who apply for judicial employee positions in the court are required to take a professional skills test. The professional skills test mainly tests the candidate's computer text entry speed, accuracy, etc. , the content is on the computer operation of listening and playing and watching and playing. The full score of the professional skills test is 100 points. The skill test score = the listening and playing score * 50% + the watching and playing score * 50%. The professional skills test score will be included in the total exam score.
(2) The driver position interview format is a skills test, the skill test content is driving skills, and the full score of the skill test is 100 points.
Skills test subjects who give up or fail to participate in the skills test at the specified time and location, or fail the skills test, will not be able to participate in the interview.
The skills test will be organized and implemented uniformly, and the test time and location will be notified later.
3. Interview
The total score for judicial employee positions in the court is calculated based on the converted ratio of the applicant's written test score and professional skills test score (written test score 35%, skills test score 35%) , from high score to low score, the interview objects will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 according to the number of recruitment plans. If the recruitment plan is 3 or more, the interview objects will be determined according to the ratio of 1:2. If there are less than the prescribed proportion in the position, interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of candidates.
For driver positions, interview candidates will be determined on a 1:6 basis. If there is less than the specified ratio in the position, interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of people.
For other positions, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 according to the planned number of recruitment positions from high to low based on the written test scores of the applicants. If the recruitment plan is to recruit 3 or more people, the interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:2. If there are less than the prescribed proportion in the position, interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of candidates.
The interview format is a structured interview (the driver position interview format is a skills test). The time and location will be notified separately. Candidates can participate in the interview with the interview notice and their ID card. The interview score is 100 points, and they are qualified. is 60 points. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the physical examination and inspection objects.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
After the examination and testing, the total score for the court’s judicial employee position will be calculated based on the written test scores, skills test scores, and interview scores. For other positions, the total score will be calculated based on the combined written test scores and interview scores. If the total scores are equal, the one with the higher written test score will be ranked first. Based on the total scores, physical examination and inspection objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of recruitment positions from high scores to low scores.
The physical examination standards refer to the relevant contents of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the National Civil Service Bureau's "Notice on Revising the General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" 》(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) policy implementation. Applicants who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and location will be deemed to have given up the physical examination.

(6) Public announcement and employment
Based on the physical examination report and inspection results submitted by the employer, the labor dispatch company determines the person to be hired and announces it to the public for 7 working days. If an applicant gives up or is disqualified from being shortlisted for interviews, physical examinations, inspections, employment, or resigns or dismisses, the employer will decide whether to arrange for replacement. Scores are graded from high to low. The supplementary period is valid until the date of the next relevant recruitment announcement, which may not exceed one year at most.

5. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
1. Calculated based on the actual date of taking the first exam, persons who have entered the country within 10 days before the exam and persons who come from domestic medium- and high-risk areas within 7 days before the exam are not allowed to participate take an exam.
2. All candidates must meet the following conditions to enter the test center:
