One-way traffic control (except sightseeing bus, Tiexi Scenic Area) prohibits buses and trucks from passing, and allows all motor vehicles to bypass the seven rooms and enter the urban area through the former Yellow Phosphorus Factory to the second intersection of the railway station.

Traffic control is implemented at the intersection of Dongguan in the second-class road town and the intersection of the former cement plant in Jinbao Road. All vehicles entering the city will enter the city from the railway station intersection, Mao Ping Street and Pijiayuan.

Company buses (except special vehicles such as fire engines, sanitary vehicles and ambulances) and private vehicles are all parked in warehouses, and they are not allowed to drive on urban roads, leaving passages and parking spaces for foreign tourist vehicles.

No parking is allowed on the road in front of Qinglongdong Scenic Area and Tiexi Street. The tourist destination of sightseeing bus in the scenic spot is located at Laoda Qiaotou. The motorcade must be managed in a standardized way, obey the unified command of the duty personnel, and keep the road sections orderly and smooth. The parking (departure) place of yanhe village bus in Mianyang Town is located at the bridgehead (south) of Qinglong Bridge.
