How to plan an activity well?

How to plan well? I am aiming at how college students organize a plan and write a plan book. This is my own practice summary and experience introduction under the guidance of some theories. I think the first thing to understand is what is planning? Planning refers to the process of people conceiving, designing, making decisions and planning schemes to achieve a certain goal with the help of certain scientific methods and arts. Planning books are generally divided into business planning books, business planning books, advertising planning books, activity planning books, marketing planning books, website planning books, project planning books, public relations planning books, wedding planning books and so on. We college students often write activity planning books, so "planning" can be simply understood as "organizing an activity". A complete planning activity, including the discussion and writing of the scheme. Of course, a plan can be completed by one person, a pen and a piece of paper, but in the planning of college students' activities, it is usually carried out in the form of a team. When we organize discussions and finally determine the goals and activities, the key is to express them in writing. A planning book is a text that plans future activities or events and shows them to readers. The planning book is a written book of goal planning and a street lamp to achieve the goal. Secondly, we should know how to organize a plan. To sum up my experience, a group planning can be divided into brainstorming and group discussion. 1. Brainstorming: In brainstorming, all people who need to participate in the activity express their opinions together and speak freely, without thinking too much about the effect of the activity and the difficulty of implementation. At this time, participants should not immediately deny other people's ideas, but encourage everyone to speak their own ideas boldly, which is conducive to the outbreak of innovative thinking. When your opinions and suggestions are rejected, don't be depressed, but seriously consider the shortcomings of your own ideas. When you want your own ideas, don't just stick to your own ideas, but think about how to better improve your ideas and how to let others recognize your ideas. Participants should record all valuable ideas, seriously consider the gains and losses, and finally choose a more feasible form of activity. The final form is determined, which is the detailed work of activity planning. (Attachment: How to screen the scheme? Comprehensive consideration, first, operability, that is, whether we can hold such activities with our manpower, material resources and financial resources; The second is "compatibility", that is, whether schools and teachers can accept such activities; Third, "universal" and "ubiquitous", that is, whether this activity can be "spread" among "ordinary" students, the participation of participants must be considered. ) 2. Group discussion: The advantage of group discussion is that it can complete planned tasks more pertinently and efficiently. This link needs a good organizer and leader, and an appointment is needed to organize everyone to come out for discussion. So what does he need to do? First of all, he should make clear the topic of discussion, that is, what do you need to discuss? For example, in the Apartment Culture Festival, I am responsible for organizing and planning the activities of the apartment beautification design competition (hereinafter referred to as "plastic beauty"), so the topic we are discussing is the activity plan of the apartment beautification design competition. Secondly, he should make clear what needs to be discussed, that is, what is in this plan and what needs to be discussed? For example, the theme of activities in the United States should be decided. Themes can be "Music" and "Olympics" ... Our theme in 2009 is "Going to the World". The organizer should have a general framework of the proposal, taking Su Mei as an example: theme, purpose, significance, activity form, place, time, grading standard, awards ... The content of the discussion should be adjusted according to some problems in the discussion process, and perhaps new problems need to be discussed. In fact, the discussion of an activity planning scheme cannot be completed at one time. The initial discussion allowed everyone to have a collision of ideas, express their opinions and express their views as much as possible. First of all, discuss the general direction, such as theme, activity form, etc., and other more detailed issues will not be discovered until you start writing the planning book. After preliminary discussion, we will begin to cooperate to complete the plan. Organizational planners need to be clear about what the planning book needs to include and what work needs to be arranged for colleagues to do. Divide the parts of the plan book and arrange the contents for everyone. For example, the theme, significance and purpose of the activity can be given to students with good clerical skills to write; The important part of the form and content of the activity can be written by two or three people who have clear ideas and ideas about the form and content of the activity; The budget can be written by students who have purchased materials, or by more careful students; For the integration of the planning book, a student with strong logical thinking is needed to integrate all the contents, check and fill the gaps, and repair the imperfections. Thirdly, we need to know which parts should be included in the planning book. According to the composition of our college students' activity plan, I summed up some experiences to facilitate everyone to learn and master the main points. 1, the name of the activity plan. The name of our activity should be clear to people. When reading the plan book, the first thing you see is the name of the activity, so you should think carefully, because once the activity becomes a brand, it cannot be changed at will. 2. The theme of the activity should reflect the meaning of the activity, and a good theme can attract more participants. Only by choosing the right theme can our activities be better carried out around the theme, and the activities are easy to highlight the theme and have more characteristics. We can list many topics, and then choose according to the meaning and operability of each topic. 3. The activity background should be combined with the social background (or major current events and hot spots). If it is a brand activity, you can write about the situation carried out in previous years and the necessity of continuing the activity, and put forward certain goals. It is worth noting that the theme and background of the activity should be interrelated and echo each other. 4. The purpose and significance of the activity We should clearly state the purpose and requirements of the activity in concise and clear language, and it is best to explain its significance in combination with the core and highlights of the activity. The purpose and significance of the activity should reflect the importance and feasibility of the activity. 5. Activity content Activity content is the main body of the planning book. The expression should be concise, but detailed, so that every participant can clearly understand the process of the activity. This part can be added as needed. For example, entry requirements, competition rules, scoring standards, award setting and so on. The content of the activity should include a brief introduction of the activity and the process of the activity. The brief introduction of the activity, in addition to explaining the time, place and participants of the activity, also needs to briefly explain the activity in general words, so that everyone can have an overall understanding of the activity. We need to think carefully about every link of the activity and write down every idea, but these can't be stuffed into the planning book, so we need to write an executive draft of the activity and use it with the planning book to facilitate the staff to carry out their work. 6. The cost of budget activities is listed in a clear form after detailed and careful calculation according to the actual situation. If it is a series of activities, the cost of each sub-activity should be sorted out separately, and the funds needed for the whole activity need to be re-integrated for the convenience of leaders. 7. The plan of the person in charge of the activity shall explain the organizer of the activity, including the organizer, organizer, co-organizer and the main person in charge of the activity. This will enable students to better understand the scale of the activity and actively participate in the activity, and also enable students to better contact the person in charge and participate in the activity. After understanding the various components of the planning book, we should pay attention to some matters needing attention when drafting, so as to write a good planning book and complete a perfect planning. Matters needing attention in writing activity plan: 1. Wording: after all, the planning book is an official document. It should be written in concise and clear language, and the language should be concise and not too colloquial. As for wording, first of all, it is necessary to standardize all aspects of word expression and use modal particles as little as possible. Secondly, as an organizer or organizer, words and expressions should reflect and maintain the image of the school and its own image. Finally, we need to be clear about the relationship between ourselves and the participants, not the relationship between superiors and subordinates, so don't be too "imperative" in language, use "must" and "must" as little as possible, and use "need" and "please" more. 2. Review, revise and supplement the planning book again and think about the emergency plan: After we have finished the preliminary preparation of the planning book, we can rehearse every link in our mind from beginning to end in a logical order like a novel, and you will understand what to do, what to lack and who to use. Of course, remember to write down everything you think. These are all practical contents in the planning book. Any deficiency can be a disaster. Be sure to think carefully about the work, think about what unexpected situations will occur, how to solve them, and take emergency measures. Xie xirong, student union self-discipline Committee
