The Liaodong Branch of the Communist Party of China and the Liaodong Military Region organized the battle to defend Linjiang, and ordered the four columns of the Northeast Democratic Alliance Army to attack Benxi several times, destroying 1 battalion of the 207th Division of the Kuomintang government army and 1 battalion each of the Security Regiment and Security Brigade, and captured the enemy More than 700 people.
