The "Notice" clearly explains that "the third bathroom (family bathroom) is a bathroom specially set up in the toilet for the use of behavioral disorders or relatives (especially the opposite sex) who cannot take care of themselves. "The "Notice" pointed out that the construction of the third toilet will help solve the toilet needs of special groups of tourists, help improve tourist public service facilities, and help reflect the humanistic care of the "toilet revolution".
