the tour guides in tourist areas (spots) as mentioned in these measures refer to those who have obtained the designated tour guide certificate in tourist areas (spots) in accordance with the provisions of these measures, accepted the appointment of the management agencies of tourist areas (spots), and provided guidance and explanation services for tourists within the approved service scope of tourist areas (spots).

Fifteenth tourist areas (spots) management agencies shall not appoint personnel without the tourist area (spot) designated tour guide card to engage in tour guide activities.
Travel agencies shall not employ tour guides in tourist areas (spots) to engage in tour guide activities outside their service scope.
Tour guides in tourist areas (spots) shall not engage in tour guide activities outside the service scope approved by the designated tour guide card in tourist areas (spots). Article 16 The personal dignity of tour guides in tourist areas (spots) shall be respected and their personal safety shall not be violated.
Tour guides in tourist areas (spots) have the right to refuse unreasonable demands from tourists that exceed their service scope, insult their personal dignity or violate professional ethics. Seventeenth tourist areas (spots) management agencies should set up tourist areas (spots) guide map at the entrance of the tourist areas (spots), and publish the tour guide service items and fees, and the names of tour guides.
In addition to the published fees and standards for tour guide services, the tourist area (spot) management agencies shall not charge other fees to tourists in any way.
