Taihang Mountains
Day 1: Depart from Beijing and arrive at Taihang Mountain.
We chose to start from Beijing and take the high-speed train to Taihang Mountain. The high-speed rail is very fast, and it takes about two hours to reach Taihang Mountain. Upon arrival, we first found a hotel near the scenic spot, settled our luggage and started our adventure.
The next day: climb the king of Wu, the main peak of Taihang Mountain.
The next morning, we got up early and prepared to climb the king of Wu, the main peak of Taihang Mountain. The King of Wu is 2096 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Taihang Mountain and one of the famous mountaineering resorts in China. We rented a car near the hotel and went to the entrance of Wuwangshan. There are many local guides at the entrance of the mountain. We chose an experienced guide and started our mountaineering trip.
The hiking route takes about 6 hours, with beautiful scenery, undulating peaks and pleasant scenery along the way. We climbed the steep mountain road, passed through the dense forest and finally reached the top of the mountain. Standing on the top of the mountain, we can see the magnificent scenery of the whole Taihang Mountain range, which is very shocking.
Day 3: Visit Kongkong Temple, an ancient village in Taihang Mountain.
On the third day, we chose to visit the Aviation Temple, an ancient village in Taihang Mountain. Hanging Temple is located on the cliff of Taihang Mountain. This is a famous ancient building. It was built over 1500 years ago and is one of the oldest suspended buildings in China.
We rented a car near the hotel and went to the Hanging Temple. After arriving at the Hanging Temple, you need to hike up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihang Mountain along the way. Hanging Temple, located on a cliff, is one of the representatives of ancient architecture in China. In the Hanging Temple, we can see many ancient cultural relics and artworks, which are very worth seeing.
Day 4: Walking in Taihang Mountain Scenic Area
On the fourth day, we chose to stroll in Taihang Mountain Scenic Area and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihang Mountain. There are many famous scenic spots in Taihang Mountain Scenic Area, such as Tianhe Grand Canyon, Tianhe Village and Tianhe Waterfall. We walked in the scenic spot, enjoying the magnificent scenery of Taihang Mountain and feeling the charm of nature.
Day 5: Return to Beijing
On the fifth day, we returned to Beijing and ended our trip to Taihang Mountain. Taihang Mountain is a famous mountain range in northern China, with towering peaks and beautiful scenery. This is an excellent place for tourists and photographers. If you want to explore the beauty of mountains and rivers in northern China, you might as well take a trip to Taihang Mountain in the north.
