Travel guide to Nanling and yunmen temple in Shaoguan

Shaoguan has many natural landscapes with beautiful scenery and fresh air. In particular, Nanling National Forest Park has a large number of wild vegetation, and thousands of years of species are readily available. And the ancient temple-yunmen temple, which is exciting. This is a travel guide to Nanling and yunmen temple in Shaoguan.

Nanling Peacock Waterfall

Nanling National Forest Park is located in Da Qiao Town, Ruyuan County, Shaoguan City. I came to Nanling National Forest Park in Shikeng, the first peak in Guangdong Province. As a result, because the top of the mountain became a military restricted area, I couldn't reach the top, so I only visited three scenic spots: Qinshui Valley, Xiaohuangshan and Waterfall. Nanling Mountain is the 12th mountain in my plan to visit Baishan Mountain.

yunmen temple is located at the foot of Yunmen Mountain in Ruyuan County, and its full name is Daigakuji, Yunmen Mountain. It is the birthplace of Yunmen Sect, one of the five schools of Zen. This is the seventh Vatican temple in my plan to visit 1 temples.

transportation: the private car from 2 yuan in Danxia Mountain goes to Shaoguan East. At the foot of Nanling Senling Park, there is a direct station in 25 yuan (the station is called Wuzhishan). 2 yuan can charter a car to visit three scenic spots in Nanling.

Accommodation: Make an online reservation to stay at a farmhouse in 88 yuan for one night, and discuss a 2 yuan/meal with your boss at noon. Breakfast in 11 yuan, rice rolls.

Tickets: 8 yuan in Nanling, 5 yuan in yunmen temple

Welcome Pine in Xiaonan Huangshan

Route: Qinshui Valley-Xiaohuangshan-Waterfall.

after breakfast at the foot of the mountain, when communicating with the driver in the car, the driver suggested that I go to Qinshui Valley first. He waited for me at the exit, and then went to Xiaohuangshan. It will be much easier to walk one kilometer down the hill to the exit of the waterfall group.

I walked in Shuiqin Valley for about 25 minutes. Because of the landslide, the scenery in this section feels similar to the river in my hometown. I was disappointed, so I didn't venture across the landslide for safety.

contact the driver to meet me at the gate of xiaohuangshan scenic spot. Xiaohuangshan is the highest peak of Ruyuan, with Fengruta at the highest point. The scenery here is very good. Especially from the viewing platform opposite, the Feng Ru Building opposite.

Nanrufeng Mansion

I met a couple climbing Little Huangshan Mountain. After reading the comments of the scenic spot, I once said there were snakes. I was worried about going up and down the mountain during the whole trip.

two and a half hours later, we finally reached the exit of xiaohuangshan. You can walk. It is suggested that some places for tourists to rest should be built in the distance of the scenic spot. There are few pavilions along the way, and the waterfall has done a good job in this respect.

I took a look at the distant scenery at Jiuchongshan observation deck. Maybe it's the weather. My morning trip was terrible.

It is much worse than Fan Jing and Jinfo Mountain, including Leigong Mountain, which I have been to before. My suggestion: If you don't lower the ticket price, increase the frequency of traffic in scenic spots.

When visiting Maoer Mountain and Leigong Mountain, it is also rainy and foggy. The traffic in Maoer Mountain Scenic Area is much more convenient, but there are no tickets in Leigong Mountain Scenic Area. I think Nanling can learn from both methods.

From the exit of the waterfall, I think this is the best trip today. There are eight waterfalls to see. Walking in the mountains and rivers, my ears are full of the sound of water and waves. Very good.

After a walk, I chose a pavilion to take a nap. I slept for half an hour, not to mention how comfortable it was.

Nanhukou Waterfall

There are few passers-by, and I have been worried about snakes and dare not have a better rest.

the whole hiking route is sometimes gentle and sometimes steep, which is very imposing.

After walking through the most beautiful waterfall, my whole trip to Nanling ended.

from the beginning, it was doomed that the trip was incomplete, the stone pit could not go, the hydrophilic valley collapsed and the weather was bad.

It takes one and a half hours to get back to the county seat at the foot of the mountain. The driver in 3 yuan will take me to the bus station in Da Qiao Town.

on the way, I think this place is a little familiar. The driver said that Da Qiao Town is the only place where cars pass from north to south. I have been to Guangzhou by bus several times, which is probably the distance.

You pass by Nanshui Lake on the way, and you have a good view in the distance. The 15th letter of the English alphabet

yunmen temple, located at the foot of Yunmen Mountain in Ruyuan County, is the birthplace of Yunmen Sect, one of the five tribes of Zen in China, and is known as the ancestral home of Yunmen Sect.

yunmen temple Shanmen

The main buildings in yunmen temple are Shanmen, Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Dharma Hall, Bell Tower, Zen Hall, Zhaitang, Yunmen Academy, Gongde Hall and Yanshou Hall. And a new Sakyamuni Buddha Tower was built in Houshan.

As soon as you enter the gate, you will first see a place called Xiaoxitian, where there is also a complete set of Fangshengchi, Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall and Tibetan Classics Building. I thought this was the legendary yunmen temple.

it's very quiet here. At first glance, it's a little small. I didn't know this was yunmen temple's Dojo until I met a teacher.

After going up the mountain, I visited the newly-built Sakyamuni Buddha Tower, walked around the tower, and then went down the mountain.

After going down the mountain, I went to Yunmen Buddhist College, and visited the Daxiong Hall, the Bell and Drum Tower, the Ancestral Temple and the Dharma Hall in yunmen temple.

when I went to visit, the teachers were chanting, and after a while, they came out to say goodbye.

Compared with the bustling Nanhua Temple, it is a good place to practice, with less worldly troubles and more Buddhist tranquility.
