What are the interesting scenic spots in Nanjing?
Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is located in Zhongshan Scenic Area, a national 5A-level scenic spot, at the southern foot of Zijin Mountain. I believe everyone is familiar with the cemetery road to Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum. The towering French phoenix trees on both sides of the road are like a "green tunnel", but everyone who walks this road is full of praise. The Queen of England once praised: "There is heaven above, Suzhou and Hangzhou below, and Nanjing has a green corridor".
There are two scenic spots in Nanjing that don't need tickets, so you don't need to buy tickets to visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is the mausoleum of the great Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and tourists who come here basically come to pay their respects to Dr. Sun Yat-sen. It is located in front of Pingchuan and backed by Castle Peak. It's magnificent in a wide view, and its architecture has high artistic value, so it's known as "the first mausoleum in China's modern architectural history".
2. Shi Xiang Road in Mingling.
Shi Xiang Road, located in the Ming Mausoleum scenic spot next to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, is known as "the 600 most beautiful places in Nanjing" because the trees on both sides of Shinto turn golden in autumn. It can be said that if you come to Nanjing in autumn, Shi Xiang Road is a must-see spot.
Shi Xiang Road is the shortest Shinto in ming tomb. There are six kinds of mammals: lion, lion, camel, elephant, unicorn and horse. There are two pairs of each beast, and there are 24 pairs of one * *12. The ancient beast is hidden in the golden leaves.
3. Qixia Mountain
Qixia Mountain is a national 4A-level tourist scenic spot. Since ancient times, there has been a saying that "there is a bull's head in spring and Qixia in autumn". In history, five emperors and fourteen emperors visited Qixia Mountain, the most famous of which was Emperor Qianlong, and praised Qixia Mountain as "the first beautiful mountain in Jinling", which shows the beauty of Qixia Mountain.
Speaking of Qixia Mountain, the most famous maple leaf is Qixia Mountain, which is called "Four Scenes of Watching Maple in China" together with Xiangshan Mountain in Beijing, Tianping Mountain in Suzhou and Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, and "Qixia Feng Dan" is one of the 48 scenic spots in New Jinling. Every autumn, people come to Qixia Mountain to enjoy the maple in an endless stream.
4. Niushoushan Cultural Tourism Zone
Although there is a saying that "there is a bull's head in spring and Qixia in autumn", Niutou Mountain in autumn is also particularly beautiful, especially when you look at the west peak of Niutou Mountain from a distance, the majestic Buddha's dome palace and the tall Buddha's dome tower are particularly eye-catching. During the Qianlong period, the majestic "Niutou Smoke Lan" was not among the 48 scenic spots in Jinling, attracting many tourists.
When traveling to Niushou Mountain, you must go to Foding Palace. The whole building is built on a mine left over from history, and together with the nearby Buddha Tower, it forms a grand view of the west peak of Niushou Mountain, which is far from the Shandong peak of Niushou Mountain in the distance, and reproduces the grand view of "two peaks and two columns" of Niushou Mountain in history. The building also won the highest awards in the architectural world, namely Luban Award and Zhan Tianyou Award.
In the underground of Foding Palace, there is the only finger bone relic of Sakyamuni Buddha, which attracts many believers at home and abroad. The whole underground palace is particularly magnificent, and it feels like coming to the Buddhist country.
5. Nanjing Museum
Nanjing Museum is located in Zhongshan East Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing. It is one of the three major museums in China and the earliest museum in China. Its predecessor was the National Central Museum founded by Cai Yuanpei and others, and now it has developed into a national first-class museum. There are six major venues in the whole museum, and the core building is a typical Liao court style with antique brown tiles.
There are a huge number of collections and cultural relics in the venue, including more than 430 thousand pieces of various collections and more than 370 thousand precious cultural relics, ranking second among many museums in China, second only to the Palace Museum in Beijing. Here, you can not only enjoy many treasures of the city hall, but also see the arch of the great Hoonji glass tower that was once included in the National Treasure. It's worth a visit.
