5. Foreign journalists with local anti-epidemic advantages in China;

6. Foreign cultural workers and researchers with local anti-epidemic advantages in China;

7. Foreign business personnel with local anti-epidemic advantages in China;

8. Foreign economic persons with local epidemic prevention advantages in China;

9. Other foreigners with local epidemic prevention advantages in China;

10. Foreign passengers entering the country by local flights or ships with epidemic prevention advantages in China;
