What fun places or attractions are there in Taiyuan?

I know this! When my friends and I once traveled to Taiyuan, we collected information on some must-visit attractions in Taiyuan. Now I am sharing the information on the top ten must-see attractions in Taiyuan with friends who need it~

1. Yunuma Feiliang

Introduction

Uumuma Feiliang The bridge is located in front of the Notre Dame Hall of Jinci in the southwest of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. It is an exquisite ancient bridge building. It was built together with the Notre Dame Hall in the Northern Wei Dynasty during the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,500 years. The entire beam frame is a relic of the Song Dynasty. This kind of cross-shaped bridge is also an isolated example among the existing ancient bridges in China. It is the first batch of national first-class cultural relics announced by the State Council. There are hook fences all around to rely on. The ancients regarded round ones as ponds and square ones as marshes. Because the marsh was originally the second largest source of Jinshui River, with a very large flow and many swimming fish, it was named Yu marsh. Thirty-four small octagonal stone pillars are erected in the marsh, with brackets and corbels on the top of the pillars, supporting the cross-shaped bridge deck, which is the flying beam.

Introduction

p>

Juewei Mountain is located in the west of Huyan Village, Chaicun Town, Jiancaoping District, 24 kilometers northwest of Taiyuan City, running north to south, with an altitude of about 1,400 meters. There is Qingfeng Peak in the south and Feiyun Peak in the north. The two peaks are tall and straight, sandwiching a deep ravine running from east to west, facing each other across the ravine, like a portal into the mountain. It is especially famous for its beautiful red leaves in autumn, so it is called Horiwei Red Leaves. "Yangqu County Chronicles" written by Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty contains the words "The frost falls in late autumn, and the red leaves all over the mountains turn into purple".

On the top of Jueiwei Mountain is Duofu Temple, which has 7 existing temples including the mountain gate, bell tower, main hall, Wenshu Pavilion, Sutra Library, and East and West Duo Hall. The main hall of the Main Hall is magnificent in scale and has 84 murals and some statues, all of which are relics of the Ming Dynasty. There is a frost-red niche in the temple, which was the secluded residence of Fu Shan, a famous Taiyuan scholar in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
