There are more than 20,000 applicants in China who meet this qualification requirement, and they can apply for travel agency liability insurance and enjoy basic protection.

However, clubs, self-help travel agencies, conference companies and other organizations or companies that do not have the business license of travel agencies can not insure travel agency liability insurance at present, so there are great risks in the process of organizing tourism. Although such groups usually express their risks and insurance before organizing tourism activities, in the event of a real accident, the organizer's responsibility is often unshirkable. The applicant for travel accident insurance can be a legal person or a natural person. As long as the insured (tourists) agree with the insured, they meet the requirements and can be insured. After taking out travel accident insurance, the risks caused by accidents within the scope of insurance liability can be transferred, reducing or making up for the losses of travel organizers.
