What is the best season to travel to South Korea?

Best season: September-October. The spring and autumn of each year are the most beautiful times in South Korea; however, when it comes to the peak tourist season, September and October are the seasons with crisp autumn air.

Spring: late March to May. After the cold air subsides, the climate becomes warmer and the earth recovers. Cherry blossoms, winter jasmine, azaleas, magnolias, and lilacs bloom one after another during this period.

Summer: June to early September. The climate is sultry and hot, with the rainy season from June to early July, bringing half of the year's rainfall. Mid-July to mid-August is the hottest time and is also the peak summer vacation period in Korea.

Autumn: September to November. Autumn is the most comfortable season of the year with crisp air, but the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. The maple leaves on the mountain turn red, which is especially beautiful against the clear blue sky.

Winter: December to early March. The climate is cold and dry, with three cold and four warm temperatures. There is a lot of snowfall in the north and east, making it the most popular ski resort in Korea. Snow hot springs are also a good choice.
