Worked for China Life Insurance, Ping An Insurance, China Netcom, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Mobile , Inspur Group, Nippon Paint, Asia Pharmaceuticals, Amway and other nearly 100 units host outdoor sports, wilderness survival, outdoor development activities, have 50,000 field team leadership experience, host and guide nearly 50 domestic expansion training, special Tourism project design. He is one of the few young experts in outdoor sports and outdoor camping design and construction in China who has both theoretical innovation and rich practical experience.

Currently, we are mainly engaged in research on the sustainable development of outdoor leisure sports and adventure tourism, forest tourism, and youth quality education. We have proposed a new development field of "improving the moral education function of outdoor sports and promoting national quality education."
