Is the tourism complex and tourism real estate the same thing?

The so-called tourism real estate generally refers to a development model that relies on the rich tourism resources around, takes real estate development as the main means, integrates tourism, leisure, vacation, residence and other resources, and combines tourism with real estate.

At present, the development of tourism real estate mainly presents the characteristics of three industry: First, there are great differences in development between cities, forming a pattern of "first-tier cities rely on real estate, and second-and third-tier cities rely on resources"; Secondly, the product types and operation modes in tourism real estate are gradually becoming comprehensive and diversified; Third, tourism real estate has dual functions of investment and self-use, so the demand for home ownership hopes to get higher returns on investment and consumption.

The concept of "tourism complex" actually comes from the familiar "urban complex", but there are obvious differences between them. Urban complex is a "city within a city" based on architecture, which integrates four core functions: commercial retail, business office, hotel catering, apartment and comprehensive entertainment (urban economic aggregate with concentrated functions and intensive land).

"Tourism complex", sometimes called "leisure complex" or "holiday complex", refers to a tourism and leisure gathering area with high overall service quality formed by comprehensive land development oriented to tourism and leisure based on certain tourism resources and land foundation.
