Chengdu is about 270km away from Dawa Gengzha, and it takes about 4-5 hours by car.

Route: Chengdu-Ya 'an-Baoxing-Qiao Hu-Dawa Gengzha

If you drive by car, go from Chengdu, and then you can directly play Shenmu base. If Dawa put in a little more, it would be better to go the next day. Depart at eight in the morning and have lunch in Baoxing at noon. After dinner, you will drive to Shenmu base for about an hour, and you will pass through Lake Qiaoqi on the way. You can stop and shoot for a while.

If you have certain requirements for accommodation, pay attention! There are many inns outside Shenmu base, but the accommodation conditions are average. If you want to stay better, there is a good hotel on the Navigation Garigou Bridge. It is also convenient to climb mountains from there. There is a special parking lot in the scenic spot.

Dawa is solid, but it's too hot. The best time to go up the mountain, basically can't see sightseeing bus fit. As the old saying goes, stagger weekend trips or travel with a group.

D 1: Chengdu-Baoxing-Shenmu base

Depart at 8:00, cross Chengya Expressway, arrive at Baoxing for lunch at noon, go to Qiaoqi Lake after dinner, and then go to Shenmulei Scenic Area. After the tour, check into the hotel and prepare dinner.

D2: Shenmulei-Dawaganza-Chengdu

Have breakfast at the inn at 4:30 in the morning, leave the inn at 5: 00 to the gate of Dawa Gengzha Scenic Area, and then queue up to take the scenic spot sightseeing bus to the top of the mountain. After watching the sunrise and the sea of clouds, return to sightseeing bus and the scenic spot by bus around 9:00. After the assembly is completed, start the return journey. After arriving in Baoxing, return to Chengdu after lunch, around 17:30.
