Dazhou Island

It is said that Dazhou Island is the original ecological island in Sanya*. Words can't describe its beauty. Dazhou Island, located southwest of Wanning City, is the only swiftlet habitat in China and is also known as Bird's Nest Island. There are many kinds of birds, animals and plants in the cliff caves on the island. When the weather is fine, there are white clouds floating in the blue sky, and the sea is calm and blue, *it’s suitable for diving. When is it suitable? Also located near the undeveloped uninhabited island Wanning, it is the filming location of "If You Are the One 2". Do you think of the clear water and white sand scene in the movie? Amazingly, the soft white sand beach changes position depending on the seasons, and many call it Spirit Island. The water is bright and colorful corals and various tropical fish on the seabed can be seen with the naked eye, making it a rare diving spot. 2. Guide to visiting Wuzhizhou Island

The nearest parking lot at Wuzhizhou: the parking lot of the tourist center of the scenic spot. It is 383 meters away from Wuzhizhou, Haitang District, Sanya City, Hainan Province. There are buses 28 and 29 nearby.

Wuzhizhou parking lot is located outside Wuzhizhou. It has a large parking area and many parking spaces. It is recommended to travel by car. Since the tour time is too tight, I can't move around at all. It is said that the scenery of Wuzhizhou is very average, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't. Many buses and cars stop here, so it’s more convenient to park.

3. Self-driving tour guide to Wuzhizhou Island

There are three recommended routes for you to take a road trip to Wuzhizhou: 1. If you drive from Haikou Expressway to Wuzhizhou, the route is: Haikou East Expressway to Sanya - Tengqiao Road or Wanglin Road - Haitang South Road, Haitang South Road, North Road - Jianglin Road - Wuzhizhou Ferry Parking Lot (cars are not allowed to cross the island) ). 2. If you drive from the Hainan Island Ring West Expressway to Wuzhizhou, the route is: West Expressway - Sanya Ring Expressway - Haitang Bay Expressway Wanglin Road - Haitang Bay Jianglin Road - Wuzhizhou Ferry Parking Lot. 3. If you drive from Sanya City to Wuzhizhou, the route is: Sanya City-Sanya East Expressway or Yalong Bay Ring Road (formerly National Highway 223)-Haitang Bay Wanglin Road or Haitang Bay Jianglin Road-Haitang Bay Jianglin Road-Wuzhizhou Zhizhou Ferry Parking Lot. 4. How to get to Wuzhizhou Island by yourself

Take the Sanya Municipal Government as an example: Driving route: The total distance is about 32.6 kilometers. Starting point: Sanya Municipal Government 1. Start from the starting point and head west, drive along Xinfeng Street for 100 meters, and turn right into Sanya Hedong 2nd Road. Drive along Sanya Hedong Road for 1.9 kilometers and turn right onto Yingbin 3rd Road. Drive along Yingbin Road for 4.1 kilometers and turn left 4. Drive 830 meters and go straight onto X8205. Turn right onto Lychee Valley Interchange 6. Drive along the Lizhi Valley Interchange for 310 meters and turn right onto Hainan Ring Island Expressway 7. Drive along the Hainan Ring Island Expressway for 17.6 kilometers, turn right at the Haitang Bay/Wanglin exit and enter the Haitang Bay No. 8 Interchange. Drive along the Lychee Bay Interchange for 390 meters and go straight into No. 9 Binhai Avenue. Drive along Haitan Avenue for 4.3 kilometers and turn left into No. 10 Haitang North Road. 5. How to get to Wuzhizhou Island

This guide introduces three ways to get to Wuzhizhou Island (taking public transportation, taking a taxi/self-driving route, purchasing Convenient package tour or day tour products), and queues inside or outside the island.

Note that whether you drive or take public transportation, you can only reach Wuzhizhou Pier, and you need to purchase attraction tickets and boat tickets to land on the island. The second package and other products will include scenic spot tickets. Because Wuzhizhou Pier is far away from the city, it is recommended to drive by yourself (self-driving/taxi), but you can choose according to your actual situation.

6. Free travel guide to Wuzhizhou Island

Starting from Haikou, you can take the Central Expressway or the Eastern Expressway. Personally, I recommend taking the Central Expressway. There are few vehicles and traffic jams are not easy.

It takes 3 hours to rest at Maple Leaf Service Station. When you arrive in Sanya, you can find a place to eat and rest. If you have booked a hotel in Wuzhizhou in advance, you can go directly to Wuzhizhou. If you don’t book a hotel, it is recommended that you visit other attractions first and then go to the island early the next morning.

First buy tickets at the attractions and take a boat to the island. The island is quite big and can be visited by cable car. The cable car will stop at each small attraction. The scenery in Wuzhizhou is not bad. The exterior scenes of the movie "If You Are the One" are still intact, so you can film as much as you want. But the sun is too hot, so it is recommended to prepare sun protection tools in advance. Friends who want to get into the water are advised to prepare swimsuits in advance. After all, the prices on the island are a bit expensive. If you are not in a hurry to return to Haikou, you can leave the island later and enjoy the scenery on the island!

From 010 to 1010, it is best to take a tourist bus to Wuzhizhou. There are places that are inaccessible on foot. The scenery on the tour bus is very good.
