Hidden paradise, waiting for the last secret place in western Sichuan

Western Sichuan has always been a blessing from heaven. Geographically, it is the intersection of the first Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the second Sichuan Basin. The criss-crossing mountains have the most beautiful and mysterious scenery in China.

In Jinchuan County, 400 kilometers away from Chengdu, there is such a hermit's paradise, which hides many little-known beautiful scenery!

Friends who have never set foot here, please follow the lens of Yi Rui and Xiao Qiang in The Condor Heroes and explore this pure land world together.

From Chengdu Plain all the way to the west, with the elevation rising, more and more attractive scenery will eventually take you into the snowy plateau.

Six hours later, I arrived in Jinchuan County, the "Aba Xiaojiangnan" in the upper reaches of the Dadu River. Every March, the spring breeze blows all over the valley, and pear blossoms are everywhere, decorating the red cliffs on both sides like snow.

In Sawajiao Township, 40 kilometers away from the county seat, there is an ancient and mysterious Yongzhong Benjue Temple waiting for curious tourists.

Along the village road, the peak turns around, and an open valley appears halfway up the mountain. In the distance, the resplendent temples are located in a valley over 3000 meters above sea level.

In the early summer, the flowers all over the mountains and the red brick and golden roof of the temple complement each other, which is comparable to a fairyland on earth.

The rolling mountains surround the mountains and Haizi in their arms, and the winding stream quietly flows through the skirt of Mother Earth.

Looking up, it is endless blue sky and white clouds. Stepping on it, it is a sea of flowers with lush grass. Away from the noise of the city, our mood seems to fly to the clouds.

The character of the temple grows in this vast mountain and is hidden in colorful Tibetan architecture.

Changdu Temple consists of a stone-wood structure, a five-story golden-roofed Tibetan building built on the mountain, a main hall and scattered houses. It has become a corridor lying on both sides like a dragon.

Inside the five-story staircase building are monks' residences, classrooms and libraries, and there is a canteen on the left.

Follow the footsteps of the red monk and enter the prayer wheel. There are six-character mantras painted on the wooden prayer wheel. When you move the prayer wheel by hand, each turn is equivalent to chanting.

At the end of the turning passage is a mani pile lined with gold and silver;

They are surrounded by majestic white towers, and the bright colors are extremely eye-catching in the hot sun.

Walking up the stairs of Tibetan red stone fence with neat geometric distribution, careful people meditate on a * * with 13 1 step.

Thin air and strong breathing can't resist the shock brought by the towering hall on the top of the mountain. The golden dome is radiant with Buddha's light, and the hall is solemn.

This is the center of the whole temple, pushing open the main hall door with a thousand-year history. The dark hall is carved with beams and painted buildings, and the prayer flags on the top naturally hang down, which is quite mysterious to walk through.

There are huge murals and Buddha's smiles hidden in the depths of the hall, and various forms of Buddha statues, either sacred or solemn, can not help but make people feel awe.

Looking out from the highest point of the hall, the forests in the distant mountains and the nearby grasslands are scattered and echo each other.

Everything between heaven and earth is clear, clouds are rolling and clouds are comfortable. Looking at the distant figure of the goshawk, time seems to stand still at this moment.

Changdu Temple is far away from the secular society and has always maintained a clean environment for practicing dharma. The young monk saw us holding a camera. After several exchanges, he finally entered the mirror with a shy smile.

Suddenly, there was a chanting in the Buddhist temple downstairs, followed by monks, and they entered the residence of Jia Danzhen, a master of Li Xixin.

Passing through the thick and exquisite wooden door with a unique sense of history, in a corner of the Buddhist temple, Master Li Xi is firmly chanting, accompanied by the dull and penetrating echo of the ancient snail, and the shock of that moment hits the soul directly.

After the singing, Master Li Xi got up and introduced the past of Changdu Temple to us in detail. Changdu Temple originated thousands of years ago and was once the official temple in Xijia area of ancient Chu. Later, it suffered serious damage, but the fire of Buddhism never went out here.

When Master Li Xi first came here decades ago, the temple was still in ruins. With his efforts, he personally organized the reconstruction, and brick by brick became what it is today.

Up to now, the temple still preserves precious cultural relics from the second century, such as male stone carvings and ancient buildings.

The Dapeng golden bird on the beam is also called Qiongbird, which means elephant male in Tibetan. Dapeng Golden Winged Birds can be seen everywhere in temple buildings, which hides the origin of Xiangxiong culture and Jinchuan.

Xiangxiong is an ancient civilization that flourished in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau for more than 3,500 years, and was later destroyed by the rising Tubo. However, it has not disappeared. Nowadays, a large number of remains of ancient Xiangxiong civilization have been found in Jinchuan, the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. With the eastward movement of ancient civilization, Changdu Temple should shoulder the heavy responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward the ancient elephant male culture.

There are abundant forest resources around Changdu Temple. At present, Jiarong Tibetans live in this area.

In order to resist the extreme climate of the plateau, most Tibetan dwellings in Jiarong adopt wood-stone mixed building structure.

Architecture grows in nature and lives in harmony with nature, just like the harmony between Buddhism and nature, and between man and nature.

As our ancient Tibetan primitive religion, Yongzhong Bonism always worships nature. Temples have become the golden key to open the treasure house of spiritual civilization and traditional culture, and also the wisdom essence accumulated by people who have lived in this magical land for generations.

After several days of contact, Master Li Xi infected each of us with his actions. He is gentle, diligent and thrifty, and pays attention to environmental protection. The prayer wheel used by the master in practice was actually transformed from a tea bucket in the 1990s, and he is still unwilling to change it.

Master Li Xi, who grew up in Jinchuan grassland since childhood, originated from the fact that nature can be more harmonious with nature, and through practice and experience, he forged his indomitable character; In his eyes, all difficulties are practice, and only by constantly overcoming them can we gain something.

I think the environment around Changdu Temple is so beautiful, probably because Bernie always believes in and advocates the way of nature!

With the joint efforts of Master Li Xi and believers from all directions, Changdu Temple has begun to take shape more than a thousand years ago. The master also founded the first Buddhist college in Jiarong area in Changdu Temple, which is also the only free public welfare Buddhist college in Tibet.

Today's Qamdo Temple is magnificent and has many monks, which has become one of the most important cultural landscapes with the most historical and cultural value after the ancient Xiangxiong civilization moved eastward.

When Master Li Xi walked out of the gate and into a natural place, the scene seemed to lead us into a perfect realm of harmonious coexistence between man and nature! Changdu Temple has always been here, guarding the blue sky and white clouds, guarding the dense forest and guarding the heart of the child!

On a slightly sultry afternoon, the dark clouds floating from the back hill of the temple covered the burning sunshine, and the pouring rain was coming. When we were disappointed that there was no sunset, a ray of sunshine outside the mountain suddenly hit the distant mountain, which was hot and warm. Double rainbows suddenly appeared in the clouds, like gorgeous actors, so beautiful that they sent infinite surprises into their arms.

Seeing this situation, we are all deeply impressed by the ever-changing nature. When we look at the distant mountains, we are grateful for the beautiful world that nature has given us, and use your sunshine and wind and rain to save the haze of the city, which is the warmth rooted in our hearts!

In the next three days, sometimes the sky is clear in Wan Li, and sometimes it's rainy and foggy. Under the sky, it's colorful and gorgeous!

Maybe staying here for a summer will see more rainbows than you have seen in your life!

After the rain stopped, the sunset glow was like fire, and everything between heaven and earth was bathed in faint golden light, just like a miracle; The sunset on the plateau is always unreserved, and my heart is inexplicably moved.

Feel a foot in the mud and a foot in heaven in a trance! I suddenly understand why plateau people believe in the existence of God more, because they are closer to the sky.

The sunset glow has faded, and the night view of Changdu Temple is also beautiful, especially in summer. On a clear night, camping on the grass next to Haizi, the stars will be dotted in it. The new moon is coming, and the milky way is boundless here.

Away from the lights of the world, the silent world is getting closer and closer to everything I can think of!

Everything in Changdu Temple gives me a feeling of deja vu. I have seen the scenery, climbed over the stupa, put down my impetuousness and regained my faith. Looking back, every scene is awe of nature!

Heaven is not far away, and Changdu Temple in Jinchuan is waiting for the last piece of pure land in western Sichuan!
