Tourism Resources in Tongyuan Township

Zhangyuanling in Linchuan, also known as Zhuangyuanling. Located in the southwest of Lingxia Village, Tongyuan Township, it is the watershed between Tongyuan and Zhanping townships. Across the ridge, there is a stone road with a width of seven feet

, which leads to the main road in Laicheng County. There was no road here, but it was later developed. Legend has it that in the first year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1821), a scholar from Guangdong Province, Yemou, returned to his hometown to catch up with the provincial capital and passed by Zhangyuanling, which coincided with the heavy rain. Yemou stayed in the temple because of the heavy rain that day. In the evening, I asked Zhai Gong in the temple, "What's the name of this ridge?" Zhai Gong told him: "This is Zhangyuanling". Because of different languages, Yemou mistook it for "Champion Ridge" and thought it was a good omen for him to win the top prize, that is, to make a wish to God. And the exam, won the first place in the champion, more think of themselves as "man of great talent", and blessed by the gods, the champion of this subject is stable.

In the spring and March of the third year, I entered Beijing to try and bend with palace examination and Tate to Zhangyuanling, and invested to build the pavilion first, and personally wrote a plaque of "Champion Ridge", with the words "Emperor Qing Daoguang's three years of Guangdong scholar's big leaf ×× respect book" beside it. The plaque was placed in the pavilion. When Yemou left, he told Zhai Gong, "I want to add a little on the top of the champion's head after I win the champion."

From then on, Ye Mou went away and was never heard from. Some people say that Jinshi was not in the upper middle school, but "lost his name in Sun Shan", so he has no face to come again. But Zhangyuanling was called "Champion Ridge" again.
