Go right for two or three minutes to Baoying Street. As for the price, if you go during the peak tourist season, the price of the inns near Fenghuang Ancient City is not low, and you may not necessarily have a room. Especially if you want to live near the river with windows. Therefore, the price will fluctuate depending on the tourist season and whether there is a window next to the river. Food: There are a lot of game and wild vegetables in western Hunan. There are some small restaurants in the ancient city, which are very popular. The restaurants in Hongqiao area of ??the ancient city are very concentrated. There is a restaurant whose owner looks exactly like Pan Changjiang, so he is named after Pan. The named hotel is right next to the East Gate Tower and not far from Hongqiao. The price is certainly not that of an ordinary hotel. If you live outside the city and don't know how to get around, take a taxi. The starting price of a taxi in Phoenix is ??only 2 yuan (the price may be adjusted) haha.

Tour: In the ancient city, the scenic spots are packaged. The nine-sight package is 148 yuan, including Xiong Xiling’s former residence, Chongde Hall, Tuojiang River Rafting, Yang Family Ancestral Hall, East Gate Chen Tower, Hongqiao Fengyu Tower, Shen Congwen's former residence, Longevity Palace, Phoenix Museum. If you still want to go to the Southern Great Wall and Qiliang Cave, you can buy the 11-view ticket including all the previous attractions for 226 yuan. Entertainment: There is a bonfire party next to the Longevity Palace, you might as well go and have fun at night. The ticket price is 100 (maybe you can bargain) and there is also a bonfire party outside the Tianxia Phoenix Hotel. Ticket price is 120. Xiangxi is a gathering place for ethnic minorities. There are many legends and ethnic cultures in the mountainous area. You can learn about Xiangxi through such a party. (For example: Xiangxi’s corpse hunting, bandit culture, poisoning, Chenzhou talismans, etc.) In the evening, why not go to the Tuojiang River to release a heart lantern and sit in a bar on the riverside? The night view of the ancient city has a unique charm. Recommendation: Ancient City Watcher is pretty good, and Ask and Wanderer are both good choices. If you can’t spend a whole day in the ancient city, then you should first choose to visit the Miao Village. There are many Miao villages nearby, such as Xianglu Mountain and so on. Tickets cost about 80. If you want to go to Dehang, you may need to spend an extra day. We went to Dehang first and then stayed in Fenghuang.

On the third day, in the early morning in the ancient city, the river mist rose and it was very clean. You might as well go for a walk and breathe in the fresh air. If you haven’t had enough shopping, continue to visit the ancient city in the morning and buy some things you like.

If you don’t want to go shopping, go rafting in Ximen Gorge. There are buses to Ximen Gorge in Fenghuang Ancient City, and there is also a reception desk in the ancient city. In the afternoon, take a bus to Jishou. Take the train back to Changsha, remember to buy a return ticket before going. Stay on the train for the night.

On the fourth day, we arrived in Changsha in the morning. If you are traveling on the weekend, you can leave on Friday night and arrive home on Monday without delaying work.
