The next day, I went to Chaka Salt Lake, which is the "mirror of the sky" circulating on the Internet. I was unlucky to catch the rain and it was very cold. The lake was full of air, so I didn't take any pictures. It's a little regrettable. Chaka Salt Lake will go on a sunny day, but it depends on luck. Later, I went to Jade Lake, Zhuo'er Mountain, Qilian Prairie, and 10,000 mu of rapeseed in Menyuan. Jade Lake is also a good place to take pictures, and you can also see the mirror of the sky. Zhuo'er Mountain has the reputation of "Little Switzerland in the East", with layered scenery, which is very suitable for painting or taking photos. Qilian prairie can ride horses and shoot arrows to experience grassland customs. The 10,000 mu rape flower in Menyuan is really spectacular, but the flowering time is relatively short, mainly in August.

After talking about the scenery, let's talk about food and shelter. Let's start with food. One meal in tourist attractions is expensive and the other is terrible. Because the rent is expensive, it is a one-time transaction and the travel agency pays the commission, so this situation is inevitable. If you are greedy, it is suggested that you can prepare dry food in advance. If you want to stay, it is best to book online many days in advance or through a travel agency. Because the housing is very tight in the peak season, especially in Heimahe, where we live in Qinghai Lake, and Dachaidan, where we live the next day, because it is a township and the housing is limited, the price in the peak season will be very high, and we may not be able to book eight or nine hundred nights. Other accommodations are better in counties and cities, but it is best to book in advance to avoid excessive prices.

Safety and health are also important. The next day, I visited Qinghai Lake, and my son suffered from altitude sickness. He just threw up, and everyone was out of spirits, which worried my wife and I. He was given some digestive medicine and Huoxiang Zhengqi water, and then the altitude was a little lower in the next few days, and the whole person woke up. Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake and Emerald Lake are all places with relatively high altitude, and there will be a little altitude sickness, but it is generally not a big problem. Another disadvantage of these places is that it is relatively cold, and the temperature difference between day and night is large. It is not recommended to take a bath, which is easy to catch a cold and not good. Security issues should also be emphasized. There are three ways to travel in Qinghai: one is to join a group, the other is to charter a car and the third is to drive by car. Self-driving is not recommended, because the road conditions in Qinghai are complicated, either straight or Panshan Road. Unfamiliar drivers are prone to problems. We had two rollovers on the road, which was the first time in my life. Very tragic, four people died on the spot. So I suggest you join a group or charter a car. The disadvantage of joining the group is that the time is fixed and it is not free. Chartered flight time can be arranged by yourself. However, when renting a car, you should pay special attention not to rent a car cheaply or temporarily, which is very easy to be cheated and there is no place to complain. It is best to book online in advance. We booked online 10 days in advance, got to know many drivers and read the driving experience and praise before finally booking. The road was smooth and the service attitude of the master was good.

Finally, talk about the cost. We are on the Qinghai-Gansu Great Ring Road. 7 days, 7,500 yuan for accommodation and chartered car, excluding meals, tickets and round-trip expenses. The last three people are about 16000, which is slightly better than the travel agency. Travel agencies can go to Qinghai-Gansu Great Ring Road in peak season, and everyone can get around 7000 yuan.
