Liuzhou announces "black and white list" of off-campus training institutions
Liuzhou released the "black and white list" of off-campus training institutions: Liuzhou Education Bureau, Liuzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Liuzhou Culture, Radio, Film and Television Bureau and Liuzhou Sports Bureau released the first batch of "black and white lists" of off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students (including preschool children) in various districts (counties) respectively.
In order to fully implement the national "double reduction" policy, effectively reduce the off-campus training burden of students in the compulsory education stage, ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of parents and students are not infringed, and strive to build a good education and training environment. The white list of off-campus training institutions for disciplines (as of June 2, 223) stipulates that off-campus training institutions may not carry out discipline training for preschool children aged 3-6.
this provision is not mentioned in the white list of off-campus training institutions of science and technology (as of June 15, 223). Off-campus training refers to non-academic education and training for primary and secondary school students outside primary and secondary schools, including moral education for students in their spare time, popularizing knowledge of science and technology, literature and art, sports and so on.
Training to cultivate practical skills and techniques, so as to help them develop various interests, hobbies, specialties, intelligence and creativity. Off-campus training is a supplement to school education and cannot and cannot replace school education. In September 223, the Ministry of Education promulgated the Interim Measures for Administrative Punishment of Off-campus Training, which will take effect on October 15, 223.
Opinions on Double Reduction:
On July 24th, 221, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued Opinions on Further Reducing Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education. "Double reduction"-effectively reducing the students' excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden in the compulsory education stage. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the work of "double reduction".
standardizing off-campus training institutions has been written into the party's century-old resolution. The "Implementation Outline for the Construction of a Government under the Rule of Law (221-225)" proposes to strengthen law enforcement in key areas such as "education and training" that are related to the vital interests of the masses. The Opinions on "Double Reduction" emphasizes in many places that it is necessary to strengthen the law enforcement of off-campus training, increase the intensity of law enforcement inspection, and severely punish illegal activities of off-campus training according to laws and regulations, thus forming a warning shock.
