Can’t travel on the blacklist of untrustworthy persons?

Those on the blacklist of breach of trust cannot travel. In the Supreme People's Court's measures to restrict high consumption in response to the blacklist of untrustworthy persons, it is clearly stipulated that persons subject to untrustworthiness cannot travel or take vacations, especially tourism activities that require high-end transportation. High-cost means of transportation such as airplanes, high-speed trains, and D-EMU first-class and above seats.
