Which city is Jinkeng Village located in?

Jinkeng Village is located in the northwest of Luoxi Town, Luhe County, at the junction of Wuhua and Zijin counties. It consists of 3 villager groups with a total population of more than 1,500 people. It is an old red Soviet area officially approved by the Provincial People's Government , and at the same time it is an important part of the patriotism education base in our county. At the end of 2009, the successful completion of the hardened road in Jinkeng Administrative Village laid a solid foundation for Jinkeng Village to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside and increase farmers' income.
