The purpose of the steam train

In the last century, steam trains were mainly used to transport timber, and they were also an important means of transportation for workers in and out of forest farms. In recent years, most small steam trains have been transformed into tourist trains.

Most forest farms in China use steam trains to transport timber out of the forest farm and pick up forest farm workers. Due to the development of automobile transportation, and in recent years, the state has increased the protection of forests, and began to ban commercial logging on a large scale, and steam trains gradually withdrew from the stage. Fortunately, more and more forest farms began to develop forest tourism, and some small trains became tourist trains again.

Steam train is the earliest and oldest train, which was invented by Watt in Britain in 1960s. The steam train is powered by coal. By burning water through coal, the water becomes steam, which pushes the piston and makes the train run. The application of steam engine in transportation announced the arrival of "train age", and the scope of human activities expanded rapidly.
