The first phase of the cinema has a total investment of 20 million yuan, covering an area of 1.20 mu and a building area of 1.654.38+0.800 square meter. Construction started on September 29th, 2004, lasting 100 days, and the shooting task of 40 TV series Flying Tigers was successfully completed. Now it has become the largest film and television shooting base in the Republic of China, and it is also the first batch of red tourist bases named in China. The second and third phases of the project mainly include the railway around the mountain, steam locomotives and mini-stations in Zaozhuang, Zouwu, Xuecheng and Shagou, as well as institutions, schools, hospitals, halls, banks and pawn shops in Shencuo ancient town. The winding city walls, sloping old streets, flowing bridges and numerous shops show a rich cultural heritage, just like a vivid picture of folk customs in southern Shandong. At the same time, the Flying Tigers Memorial Hall was built. The whole project is expected to be completed within three years.
