Free policy of tourist attractions in Shandong Province

Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Culture and Tourism Bureau and Finance Bureau: In order to stimulate tourism consumption and expand effective market demand, according to the decision-making arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, it is decided to reduce the ticket prices of state-owned scenic spots in our province in stages and further increase preferential efforts. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Reduce the first ticket price of state-owned A-level tourist attractions. (1) From June 1 day to September 30, 2022, the first ticket (except weekends, legal holidays and weekends) of the state-owned A-level tourist attractions in our province will be given a discount of not less than 50%. The specific price reduction range is determined by the scenic spot itself within the prescribed scope. The reference price for price reduction of government-guided scenic spots is the highest ticket price stipulated by the development and reform departments at all levels, and the reference price for price reduction of market-regulated scenic spots is the ticket price executed on the same day issued by the provincial government's Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of High-quality Development Policies of "Striving for Stability" in 2022 (No.8 [2022]). (2) There are 137 scenic spots with reduced prices, including 12 5A scenic spots such as Mount Tai, Qufu "Three Holes", Laoshan Mountain and Taierzhuang Ancient City, 60 4A scenic spots such as Qianfo Mountain, Qingdao Underwater World and Yuanshan National Forest Park, 60 3A scenic spots and 5 2A scenic spots (see Annex for the list of scenic spots). Second, increase special group ticket concessions. (a) the implementation of government-guided price management of scenic spots, free of charge for the following special groups: first, children under 6 years of age (inclusive) or the elderly and disabled people with a height of 1.4 meters (inclusive) (severely disabled people with a chaperone). The second is active military personnel. Third, the survivors of martyrs, soldiers who died in the line of duty and deceased soldiers (survivors include martyrs' spouses, parents or caregivers, children of martyrs, soldiers who died in the line of duty and deceased soldiers, and brothers and sisters who have the obligation to support). Fourth, retired military cadres and noncommissioned officers (noncommissioned officers). The fifth is fire rescue personnel. (two) for high-level talents (with the "Cai Hui Certificate"), the scenic spots and national forest parks that implement government-guided price management are free of tickets. Government-invested parks are free for retired soldiers. (3) In the scenic spots where government-guided price management is implemented, the half-ticket system is implemented for minors aged 6- 18 and full-time undergraduate and below students. (four) the scenic spots with market-adjusted prices are free for the elderly over 70 years old and half price for the elderly under 70 years old. (five) to encourage all localities and scenic spots to implement more flexible, stronger and more forms of preferential measures for ticket reduction and exemption according to the characteristics of scenic spots and the actual management, and to expand the preferential scope of ticket reduction and exemption for special groups. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state and the province, such provisions shall prevail. Third, support the implementation of joint ticket prices in scenic spots of tourist routes. On the basis of retaining a single ticket, all localities and scenic spots can implement the joint ticket price, support the implementation of the one-ticket multi-day use system, and further increase the preferential margin. The joint ticket prices of tourist routes and scenic spots shall be subject to market adjustment prices, which shall be determined by the relevant scenic spots through independent consultation. Fourth, seriously organize and implement the requirements of the Notice. Municipalities should conscientiously do a good job in the implementation and deployment of tickets for state-owned scenic spots and special group concessions. All scenic spots should conscientiously implement various epidemic prevention and control measures, improve the ticket reservation and inspection management system, and ensure the safe and orderly operation of scenic spots. Major problems encountered in the implementation of preferential price reduction for scenic spots should be reported to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Provincial Department of Finance. This notice shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
