In 2020, all the 5A scenic spots in Hebei Province will be connected to expressway?

Recently, the Tourism Leading Group of Hebei Province issued "Planning of Tourism Public Service System in Hebei Province", proposing that by 2020, Hebei Province will realize that 5A-level scenic spots and national-level tourist resorts in the province will be connected to expressway, and 4A-level scenic spots, provincial-level tourist resorts and characteristic towns will be connected to secondary and above highways, thus completely solving the "last mile" problem of scenic spots.

According to the plan, Hebei Province will focus on the construction of seven brand scenic roads, including National Highway 1, Thousand Miles Taihang, Landscape Gallery, Shanhai Flower Field, Splendid Great Wall, Romantic Bohai Sea and Grand Canal, and form a golden tourist route representing the brand of Hebei scenic roads. At the same time, speed up the construction of self-driving RV camps. By 2020, 50 demonstration camps with high starting point, beautiful environment, complete facilities and good service will be built around Beijing and Tianjin, around provincial capitals and along Taihang Mountain and Yanshan Mountain.

According to the plan, by 2020, Hebei Province will take the lead in demonstrating the construction of eight first-class tourism distribution centers in Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao, Chengde, Zhangjiakou, Tangshan, Baoding, Handan and other key tourist cities and regional tourism demonstration zones, and combine transportation hubs such as airports, high-speed railway station and bus stations to open special tourist lines covering major scenic spots. At the same time, vigorously improve and perfect tourist signposts. By 2020, the tourist signposts of scenic spots and national tourist resorts above 4A level in Hebei will be fully covered; The coverage rate of tourist signposts in the global tourism demonstration zone has reached 60%. By 2025, the tourist signposts in the scenic spots of Grade Three and above in Hebei Province and the global tourism demonstration zones will achieve full coverage.

Continue to further promote the revolution of tourist toilets. By 2020, a total of 5,000 tourist toilets will be built, rebuilt and expanded, and all the tourist toilets in major tourist routes, tourist pedestrian streets, rural tourist spots and other tourist concentrated areas will reach Grade A. At the same time, with the construction of "great wisdom moving the cloud" as the guide, we will accelerate the construction of Hebei tourism big data center and three platforms for comprehensive management, service and marketing of smart tourism. By 2020, it will achieve good operation and form a "one-stop" service platform for tourism enterprises under the network environment.

In order to realize the coordinated development of local tourism services, Hebei Province will implement spatial optimization and classification guidance, and determine Zhangjiakou, Chengde and Qinhuangdao as the optimization leading areas, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Handan and Tangshan as the key development areas, and Langfang, Xingtai, Cangzhou and Hengshui as the basic cultivation areas, and upgrade them according to the service construction level of international tourist cities, domestic famous tourist cities and regional key tourist cities respectively.

The plan also proposes to improve the convenience service facilities such as communication, finance, medical care, sanitation and accessibility in tourism activities. By 2020, public museums, memorial halls, patriotic education bases, city parks and public stadiums will be open free of charge. By 2025, tickets for scenic spots will be stable and gradually reduced, personalized services for smart tourism will be outstanding, and facilities for facilitating the people and benefiting the people will be basically perfect.
