According to the relevant provisions of document No.52 (2020) of the Beijing Emergency Prevention and Control Headquarters, vehicles below seven categories (including vehicles transporting medical and daily necessities, excluding vehicles transporting live birds and wild animals, special vehicles such as medical rescue, fire rescue and emergency rescue;

Vehicles that transport water, electricity, oil, gas, heat and other related materials to ensure the operation of the city;

Law enforcement vehicles on duty and official vehicles carrying out epidemic prevention tasks;

Military vehicles; Express vehicle; Vehicles transporting staff necessary for epidemic prevention and control, medical rescue and emergency rescue, and ensuring the operation of enterprises are allowed to pass after verification at various intersections.

Vehicles transporting local citizens and pregnant women with sudden major diseases are allowed to pass temporarily after being verified and determined by the on-site duty personnel on the road. Under special circumstances, the epidemic prevention and control of emergency headquarters agreed to release.

Three, bayonet staff led by Jingcheng Town People's government, the city traffic police detachment team, District Public Security Bureau, District Health and Health Commission, District Urban Management Bureau, do a good job in registration, temperature measurement, persuasion and other work.

Enterprises that produce food that is not necessary for people's daily life may not return to work before 24: 00 on February 9, 2020. For enterprises preparing to resume work and production, it is necessary to formulate plans and emergency plans for resuming work and production in advance, implement quarantine and health protection, ensure safe resumption of work and production, and report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters. After returning to work, it is necessary to further strengthen responsibilities, strictly implement various prevention and control measures, prevent the outbreak, and earnestly achieve the "three in place" of ideas, work and measures.
