My "Regret" Journey Composition

In our ordinary daily life, we often see compositions. Compositions must focus on the theme and make in-depth explanations around the same theme. Avoid rambling, scattered topics or even no theme. . I believe that many friends are very troubled by writing essays. Below is the essay about my "regret" journey that I have collected for everyone. You are welcome to learn from it and refer to it. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

During the summer vacation, my parents took me to play in western Zhejiang. Although I was very happy, I still had some regrets.

We took the tourist bus for more than three hours and arrived at Liuxi River in Lin'an. After a simple lunch, the tour guide took us to bamboo rafting. We were sitting on a bamboo raft. The waves on the river were as flat as a mirror, with green mountains and green bamboos on both sides. From time to time, unknown birds flew low over the river to welcome us. It really felt like we were in a painting, and everything seemed very comfortable. The old man who punted the boat was also very kind and patiently taught me how to punt. Next stop we went to the source of Taihu Lake. The weather was not bad for more than two hours on the bus. It started to rain as soon as we got off the bus. When the tour guide bought the tickets and entered the scenic spot, thunder roared and heavy rain poured down. The entire source of Taihu Lake was because of the Because of the rain, the air is even more fresh, the scenery is blurry and beautiful. The waterfall on the mountain stream is very impressive. We put on our raincoats and walked up the mountain. People kept coming down from the mountain to persuade us not to go up, saying that the water was rising too much and they were afraid of danger. For safety reasons, we had to turn back. It is a pity that the beautiful scenery on the mountain can only be passed by.

We set out for the Grand Canyon in Western Zhejiang at 5:30 the next morning. Maybe I was tired on the first day, or maybe it was the winding mountain road that made me dizzy. I suffered from motion sickness and vomited several times along the way. When we arrived at the scenic area, we first took a car to the Zhelin Waterfall Scenic Area. My mother helped me walk through a valley and there was a long iron cable bridge. A few people walking in front of us played a prank and deliberately made the bridge shake, causing me to almost fall and scream. After crossing the bridge in a thrilling way, my strength was almost exhausted, but I had to obey the tour guide's arrangements. Must follow. After coming down from Zhelin Waterfall, we came to Laozui River Scenic Area. A bamboo pole dance performance is being performed here. A group of young people dressed in ethnic minority costumes danced happily and enthusiastically invited active male tourists to participate. While I was watching the performance, I was eagerly looking forward to the next attraction - Jianmenguan Rafting. That’s what keeps me going until now! My father advised me not to go rafting if I felt unwell and to wait for them in the service area. I thought, now that I'm here I should give it a try. We put on our life jackets and started rafting on the raft. This is much more interesting than bamboo raft rafting. The sound of the river lapping the shore and everyone's screams came one after another. Although I was soaked all over, I felt very enjoyable. The next step was to visit Baima Cliff. Unfortunately, my energy was exhausted, so I didn’t go there.

This trip would have been very interesting if not for the bad weather and for my motion sickness. I think I will definitely go there again next time to make up for the regrets this time and look forward to a perfect trip next time.
