Where is the best place to travel in March and April?
In March and April in the south of the Yangtze River, the spring is warm and the flowers are in full bloom. It is most worth a visit.
I don’t know where you are. Have you ever been to Suzhou and Hangzhou? Or do you prefer quiet, quiet places with few people? Let me recommend Changshu, a small town in the south of the Yangtze River where I live.
Changshu, also known as Yu for short, is named "Changshu" because "the soil is fertile and there are no floods or droughts every year." It is a thousand-year-old city. Because it is located in the water town of Jiangnan, it is known as the "Blessed Land of Jiangnan".
This city is an hour's drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and more than half an hour's drive from Suzhou city. The transportation is very convenient and it is very suitable for a quiet and leisurely holiday. A more suitable time to visit is three days. Two nights.
People here live a very comfortable life with a slow pace. Eating a bowl of Changshu fried noodles and drinking a cup of Yushan green tea is just one afternoon.
In addition to the three 5A-level tourist attractions: Shanghu Tourism Scenic Resort, Shajiabang Tourism Scenic Resort, and Yushan National Forest Park, we recommend places with few people and beautiful scenery.
1. Cherry blossoms on Ring Road.
Every year at the end of March or early April, the cherry blossom trees along the Ring Road seem to bloom overnight. The beauty of the cherry blossoms in Changshu lies in the artistic conception. If it were not for the small bridges, running water, and white walls and black tiles, there would be no Jiangnan characteristics.
Wearing a cheongsam and an oil-paper umbrella, Tingting walked under the trees, her every frown and smile reflected the elegance of Jiangnan.
Stone arch bridge, white walls, eaves, weeping willows, cherry blossoms... Everything you want in spring is here, and there is no need to buy tickets.
I also recommend three Jiangnan classical gardens that you personally like very much: Fangta Garden, Yan Garden, and Zeng Zhao Garden.
The important thing is that these three gardens are all in the ancient city of Changshu and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. Quiet, niche, beautiful, and most importantly, the tickets are extremely cheap.
Foreign tourists can buy a package of tickets online: tickets for three gardens, the original price is 70 yuan, and the discount price is only 54 yuan, which is really a conscientious price!
1. Fangta Garden
Located at the east end of the ancient city of Changshu, close to Fangta Street, it is a newly built classical garden on the site of a Song Dynasty monument.
In the Square Tower Garden, there is a Feng Shui tower with a history of more than 800 years, which has guarded Yucheng for thousands of years. It is called the Square Tower. This pagoda was originally called "Chongjiao Xingfu Temple Pagoda". It is a treasure among ancient buildings. After more than 800 years of vicissitudes, it is still majestic and graceful. It is also a symbol of the ancient city of Changshu.
"Smell the wind chimes of the ancient tower and think about the eternal love." You can climb the tower and have a panoramic view of the ancient city. The white walls and black tiles give it a Jiangnan style.
2. Yanyuan
From Fangtayuan to the west, it only takes ten minutes to walk to Yanyuan.
Yan Garden, also known as Yan Valley Garden, has a history of more than 220 years. It is one of the private gardens with the longest existence and the most complete preservation of the pattern among Changshu classical gardens.
3. Zeng Zhaoyuan
Zeng Zhaoyuan used to be two separate gardens, Zeng Yuan and Zhao Yuan. In January 2005, the two gardens were renovated and opened to the public, and were called Zeng Zhao Garden.
Zeng Garden is a famous classical garden in the south of the Yangtze River. Zeng Pu, a famous writer and translator in modern my country, spent his youth and old age in the garden.
Also, in the countryside of Changshu, rapeseed flowers are everywhere in March and April, and you will not be disappointed.
If you like alleys, walk around the old alleys with white walls and black tiles in the ancient city of Changshu, and buy a crabapple cake, which is a great Jiangnan feeling.
Changshu, this thousand-year-old city seems to have been forgotten by the world. It has not been developed by commercial tourism, but it has a kind of beauty that is uncontested by the world.
In Changshu, a blessed land in the south of the Yangtze River, March and April are the most beautiful. Welcome~
Suzhou, the weather is neither hot nor cold, very comfortable, your mood will become very calm, and the scenery is picturesque. If you want to relax in your busy life, you can choose to go to Suzhou.
You can go to Wuyuan, Jiangxi to see rapeseed flowers, Wuhan to see cherry blossoms, and Yunnan is also good
You can go to the south to see rapeseed flowers and cherry blossoms. Spring is already beautiful in Jiangnan in March and April.
