Do I need a crew certificate to be a cruise attendant?

According to the current laws and regulations, it is necessary to hold the training certificate of Basic Safety for Seafarers at Sea (obtained by training research), the special training certificate for passenger ships (obtained by training research), the Crew Service Book (international or domestic routes) and the Crew Certificate (international routes only). The latter two certificates do not need training, and they apply for the maritime safety administration.
